Very Good
Excellent location in the heart of Alfama.
Rooms were nicely designed and represented well on website.
Nice to be able to open a window at night and be cooked by the sea breeze.
The terrace bar was a lovely spot in the evening for drinks and a snack when the beating sun moved off it. Good food menu at the terrace bar.
Appreciated the bottle of water each day.
Great recommendations of where to eat and main sight.
Location made access with Ubers a little bit challenging due to congestion on the roads.
Twin share room had a bathroom which had curtain for privacy while double room had door which closed.
Service at the terrace bar was slow at times with a few of the listed drinks not available.
Pool located within bar area made it less attractive to swim.

The hotel is very pretty and basically, well kept. We did have ants in our room, which was upsetting. We had a balcony, but we didn't leave the door open, but they were on the side of the room by the door. Otherwise, the room was clean and attractive, but quite small. The view was amazing, and the pool was a nice treat because it was hot. We did eat upstairs, on the deck, and the food was good ,but the service was very slow. The staff was apologetic, but it was the worse service we had on the 11 day trip!
The size of the room, breakfast was not included in our stay, and it was not inexpensive. Every other hotel included it, not sure why it wasn't included for us. We did pay for it, and it was good, but thought it should have been part of the stay.

the location is super , in the heart of alfama district with walkable distance to almost everywhere around .
the rooftop bar has absolutely a stunning view with variety of high quality food , drinks and snacks.
breakfast and service is 10 out of 10 with the most friendly staff
rooms are little tiny and some has no view

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. They ran out of teabags...but that was my only complaint! Would definitely use again if I visited Lisbon.

The hotel is located off of a small side street in the busy Alfama neighborhood of Lisbon, one of the oldest in Lisbon. It is a neat, well designed and clean hotel. The staff is great! Very helpful and accomodating. The have a nice breakfast buffet. There is an upstairs bar with a beautiful view of the bay. We had dinner at their restaurant one evening where a Fado group performed. They were great! We consider that evening to be one of the best during our stay in Lisbon. Obrigado!

Some of the best views of the city.
Small hotel with a feel of exclusivity. The pool area is stunning.
The pool was being renovated while i was there, with an ugly metal fence around the outside. Spoiled the setting a little.
Alfama is one of the epicentres of the most touristy part of town. If you don't want to be swamped with tourists maybe an area further north would be better.

The bed was squiqqy so uncomfortable, they didn’t mention that the pool is under maintenance and was so disappointing as that’s the reason we booked stay , they offered go to Memmo princepriale coz they have heated roof top pool wasted an afternoon of our trip to go there and was not heated ! Had walk all way back .

Beautiful hotel with a friendly staff and great location in the heart of the historic Alfama district. We especially enjoyed the rooftop tapas and wine! The fado concert was great way to top it off
