The roof top restaurant, location
The bed was squiqqy so uncomfortable, they didn’t mention that the pool is under maintenance and was so disappointing as that’s the reason we booked stay , they offered go to Memmo princepriale coz they have heated roof top pool wasted an afternoon of our trip to go there and was not heated ! Had walk all way back .

Beautiful hotel with a friendly staff and great location in the heart of the historic Alfama district. We especially enjoyed the rooftop tapas and wine! The fado concert was great way to top it off

Relaxed & comfortable hotel in peaceful cul de sac. Staff welcoming & helpful. A few minor issues keeping up with replenishing supplies at breakfast at busy times , & keeping coffee hot enough.

Great reception staff, comfortable and very clean
Service in bar/terrace and breakfast very slow. Whilst the staff here were friendly, we did not feel looked after or attended to. Tarnished an otherwise good stay.

The Alfama district offers a wonderfully tranquil setting for this lovely and clean hotel, which is well-equipped. The staff are incredibly attentive. I would highly recommend it.
