Lovely room. Location is good, with a viewpoint just up the road and shops and cafes and churches nearby. Free water and apples are always available. A free walking tour is provided. Great tour. Staff are excellent. Water pressure, air con and WiFi are good. It is located down a cobblestoned driveway.
There was not much space for luggage.

This was a great boutique hotel with extremely friendly, interested staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We were helped with our bags before we even got to the hotel. It is located right in the heart of Alfama, minutes from the Se (Cathedral) and on the #28 tram route (the classic Lisbon tram route). The bed was comfortable and the room pleasant. Facilities were very good: small pool, gym, various terraces. Breakfast was very nice indeed with a range of options including items to order outside of the buffet. There was coffee and tea available in their lounge for most of the day. There was entertainment on one evening too. Staff went out of their way to help.
Not much. The view from the room (third floor) was obscured by a wall just outside the window! Perhaps a bigger choice of things to eat on their evening menu. And something to sit on in the bedroom!

The property and location is amazing! We checked in, they took our bags and then took us up to the beautiful patio/bar/pool area. The views of Alfama and the river cannot be beat from the patio. We spend each evening enjoying wine from the patio. They did an excellent job of
Uber/Bolt drivers have trouble finding the little alley the hotel is located, thus we had to walk about 100M to the hotel entrance. This could be challenging for someone with mobility issues.

The hotel was really lovely in a great location - has a gorgeous rooftop bar that overlooks the area of Alfama. The hotel is really modern and chic, and rooms are very lovely.
Cleaning service was a bit slow - we went out at 9am and came back at 3:30pm and our room still hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast is expensive for what it is.

Loved the location, quiet and food and rooftop
Patio!!! Never felt crowded. Loved the calm energy and quiet atmosphere. Felt very private.
Found a dirty rag on the floor when we arrived.
Pillows were the real downside I thought, they were the lumpiest pillows Ive ever had in a hotel.

Beautiful property tucked away in a hidden spot - charming! Excellent staff, nice rooms.
Breakfast did not start promptly at 7:00 as advertised, and we had an early start in order to catch a plane. This meant we had to grab what we could and run.
