Wonderful
The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The staff was great and solved for us an issue we had with connecting our cpap machines. We did not sample the breakfast as the two days were there, we left the hotel very early. However, they provided us with great boxed breakfast. The bathroom was great, with a very nice shower which had doors enclosing the whole shower - no water mess on the floor.
More space to put luggage and its contents.

Friendly staff.
Breakfast started late on Sunday. No Halal food - no accommodations made for people who have already paid for a breakfast they cannot access. The entire lobby always smells of smoke due to the events the the restaurant which is next to lobby - this was horrible for a non-smoker. Room aesthetics do not accommodate cupboards, they have hangers and this is their style which is fine, but for stays longer than a night - there is no where to keep toiletries or anything that cannot be hung so you will live our of your suitcase.

Good location. Breakfast was very good. Sun terrace was very nice. The staff were very friendly. We ordered a breakfast box to take with us for our early flight, it was really good.
Just a couple of things that would've been good, more storage in the room and blinds/net curtain in room as we felt that window was quite exposed when curtains were open.

The breakfast was perfect for me with the fruit and nut selection . We stayed for 5 nights and wanted to extend but they were ful ! It is an excellent balance of location, price and accommodation. We have stayed here before and would stay here again .
I would have liked nicer towels .

Absolutely everything ❤️ This boutique hotel is just fabulous from the decor to the food but especially the staff they were amazing I can't thank Pedro and Maria enough for how special they made us feel! So glad we got to stay here I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else in Lisbon

Very interesting. Very good location for us. Loved the breakfast options and service staff was excellent (especially Maria). It was a surprise to have a burlesque show at our hotel during our stay- it was excellent.
We thought we booked a room with a view; however, the view was of another hotel wall. A bit disappointing when expecting a view.
