The hotel’s location next to the square and the breakfast
No kettle, difficult to make tea with a coffee machine and tiny cups. I still managed though and the staff gave me bigger cups.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our 4 day city break. The location was central. We loved the theme of the hotel. Drinks were delicious. We did eat there or have breakfast I'm unable to comment on this. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly.
Our room. The coffee maker did not work. The safe was broken. The bathroom was very poorly designed. No sound proofing.

The location was fantastic. The breakfast was hearty and had a wide variety - loved the chocolate bread. And your staff were AMAZING. All were so helpful and friendly.
The room itself was beautiful but impractical. I was there for five days and there was nowhere for me to put my clothes other than a handful of hangars. No drawers, nothing. Same with the bathroom. And the black of gauzy curtains made it u pleasant as I could either have the room pitch dark or leave the windows open to the people across the street.

The location (very close to Restauradores), the vibe, excellent breakfast and really great staff. Overall, a fun, cabaret-themed hotel with a great vibe.
The room is a bit on the smaller side. Also, not super practical not having drawers or any storage space if you’re planning for a longer (3+ days) stay. However, these are things we knew from the pics so weren’t a big surprise.

We had a nice room and the bed was comfortable, it was all clean. The buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing but not terrible.
When we arrived tired from a long drive at about 9.30 at night we asked to reserve a table in the restaurant which the website says is open till 23.00 on a Thursday. Their reply was, it's closing. We said we'd be 10 minutes to drop our bags but no. so we had to go out and find a restaurant. Another night we came back around 10.30 to be told the bar was closed. We all got the impression the staff just couldn't be bothered. Wouldn't stay again.
