Fabulous location in the city center of Lisboa! We had an elevator and travelling with kids was super comfort and easy! The place inside was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely come back!

That we could all stay in one space. And the AC worked great.
Almost everything. The room was dirty. It smelled. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower was small and dirty and I burned myself a few times on the fixtures. The floors were dirty. The towels had stains on them. The location was not that great. Very loud.

While we staying at the apartment, the washer machine was broken. The owner offered to wash laundry for us. Madalena was very wonderful host :-)
There is shake frequently throughout the night; at first we thought that it was earthquake!

The place is very clean. The host left cookies and wine. It is central for everything. The host is available i uf you have any questions. The cleaning crew came and cleaned it after three days and replenished what we needed. They are very lovely.

Cute apartment, convenient with lots of character. We ate all our breakfasts in the well-stocked kitchen. Easy to walk just about everywhere. Building felt very secure. It was great to have a washer *and* dryer after having to hang dry our clothes in previous parts of our trip.
Bathroom was a little tight. It was hard for more than one person to get ready at the same time. There was a safe in the room but it didn’t open.

The location was excellent. Good restaurants, transportation and important sites were very accessible. Additionally, the hosts made sure to replenish any necessary items that might have been needed without being asked to do so. They were also very accommodating with luggage storage both prior to check out and after as well.
One additional suggestion I would add. This seems to be a commonplace in many rental properties and hotels as well. The showers and bathtub surfaces should have a rubber or anti slip mat to prevent accidents.
