Clicking sound, then after electric panel cover fell off...no power. Pulled drapes for sunlight and they came off due to electric opening only.

Everything was great. Very clean and spacious room with beautiful decorations. Located in a very good area closed to all touristic places and lots of restaurants around you. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I thing needs to be improved is breakfast. Limited options.

Overall, this hotel has a very convenient location for anyone wanting to stay right in the city centre, with easy access to main attractions and transport.
That said, I would recommend exploring dining options a bit further away, as many of the nearby restaurants feel quite tourist-oriented and may not offer the best value or quality.
The hotel itself is clean, and the staff maintains it well, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of attention to detail. The rooms are quite small, and the overall feel of the hotel does not fully match what I would expect from a 4-star rating. The breakfast selection is also quite limited.
In terms of decor and finishes, everything felt rather kitsch and lacking in taste, which took away from the overall experience.
In summary, it’s a decent option if location is your top priority, but there are areas where the hotel could improve to better meet expectations.

The breakfast that was included was excellent. Lots of options, including fresh pastries and fruits! You could even have champagne with your juice if you wanted. The staff were friendly and kept replenishing the offerings. I highly recommend the breakfast that is included with your stay.

The room was so clean. The attendant Anna and Nadja were so hospitable especially Anna. She makes sure we are comfortable during our stay and explained everything to us.
They locked the thermostat need to tell them eventhough the key card is on.

When we first checked in, the lady at reception was very welcoming and guided us to our room. She also provided us with lots of useful info about places to visit, transportation, restaurants, etc.

Staff was wonderful and kind. Decor was lovely. Location was perfect.
I booked room with a better view. Also asked about it when I arrived but was placed in a room looking at walls. Shower water leaked on to the bathroom floor. It's probably time to renew the door seal. Loud construction noises started early in the day which sucks for those who need to sleep in due to working late night. They should inform guests prior to booking.

Location is steps throw away from Metro - Rossio. Very nicely located super close to Alfama and also the Baixa areas where more things are happening. The room also and the hotel has a luxurious feeling with the overall decor.
If the shower area has a hook to hang the hotel.
