Staff wasn’t helpful when I had an issue in the tv they couldn’t help or provide the technician to solve it and in the no body flow up and solve the problem

Location was great, very walkable. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and kind - both front desk/cleaners.
Hotel was outdated...carpet stains in room and elevator made it feel dirty, broken glass sink (didn't affect the use of the sink), slight mold around shower base. And outside hotel room doors were dirty. Random bar in middle of eating/lobby area should be repurposed, if its not going to be used as bar, should be repurposed as it looked sad/dated when not being used.

Location was great being close to the shopping district and Saint George castle.
The room looked good at first site but not everything was up the immaculate condition.
Some parts such as shower room need some renovations.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.
The tollet has a very thin door and not much of a fan so not optimal for 2 people. The shower didnt have anywhere to hang a towel ( you cant hang it over the door).

Excellent location for exploring the old town. Very close to main sights. Friendly staff and very clean. Great that soft drinks are included in the room and the breakfast was excellent.
WiFi didn’t always work well but only a very small negative!

The hotel is really well located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Metro Rossio is only at a 5-minute walking distance, same for the tram.
The staff are warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. The room was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had a cozy, modern feel that made it easy to relax.
The breakfast was honestly a bit disappointing. The bathroom can easily become messy and slippery, as the floor isn’t steep enough for proper drainage, causing water to stagnate after using the shower.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient for getting around the city especially because it was our first time in Lisbon. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and safe. The breakfast was really well-stocked and maintained with care from staff. We really appreciated the amenities in the room and having an elevator for luggage (sometimes rare in Europe!) Our room was always immaculate when we came back to it every evening and we appreciated the drinking water refills. We can’t wait to come back and are eager to recommend to friends!

We had an incredible stay at Madalena by The Beautique Hotels to celebrate a 40th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. As a gay couple, we felt completely at ease and genuinely celebrated throughout our stay.
The surprise upgrade and bottle of bubbly waiting in the room made the occasion feel extra special and personal. The room itself was absolutely phenomenal – stylish, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, with attention to detail in every corner. The décor was modern and chic, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was intimate yet luxurious.
The location was ideal for exploring Lisbon, but honestly, we could have happily stayed in the room all day. This was more than just a hotel stay – it was an experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our birthday celebration so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
