The property was exceptionally well maintained. Everything you need was at your fingertips. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am after traveling for almost 24 hours. Ana Claudia went above and beyond to help us with the luggage and even had our room ready before initial checkin time. The staff was very friendly and provided help when needed.
The parking is a challenge but doable.

The staff was very helpful, the location is right between Bario Alto and Alfama so was very convenient to walk around.The beds were comfortable. Overall we had a great experience staying here and would recommend others to consider this hotel.
The breakfast was not very elaborate but sufficient. Overall the hotel needs a update as our bathroom doors wouldnt close and there was water everywhere. We asked for it to be fixed but i believe its a bigger job.

Everything brand new. Delicious towels. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Perfect location, it's possible to walk through the chiado neighborhood and many other touristic places.
The only thing we didn't like is the bathroom door. As it's transparent, it doesn't have privacy, even for couples it's strange.

The day staff are very friendly, knowledgeable of the local tourist locations. They are very helpful & caring. Location is very convenient to the historical sites. Quiet at night, with double glass windows. Rooms are very well designed with good space to use.
Sometimes they forget to refill the minibar.

Very good location. Outstanding staff- very professional and helpful in making our stay enjoyable. Rooms were spacious compared to most Eoropean hotels. Breakfast was plentiful and good.
Rooms could use some more towel hooks and tissue boxes.

When we first checked in, the lady at reception was very welcoming and guided us to our room. She also provided us with lots of useful info about places to visit, transportation, restaurants, etc.

The property is beautiful in the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping did not refill the towels or the mini fridge and I could not get replacements because they have left for the day.

The room is dirty, stain on the bed sheet, and on the carpet as well (photos attached)
I can imagine old furniture but not dirty ! Unacceptable at all

Location, quiet street, well-appointed rooms. Great set-up with sink and lighted mirror separate from the bathroom.
We changed to a corner room to get more floor space for our luggage. Big mistake! The corner room didn’t have the great separate sink/mirror set-up. It had a tiny sliver of a mirror off to the side in the bathroom. It was really difficult for a woman to do her hair and makeup.
