The hotel is well situated with the Mtro, Tram & Train station nearby.
Very good bed
There is a bar or club nearby who is noisy all night.
The hotel provides earplugs.
No kettle in the room. However the reception desk kindly lend you one if you need one.

Easy walking distance to everything. Clean facilities, nice breakfast and friendly staff.
Might suit some but the music and celebration from adjacent Pink Street on a Saturday night was very loud and went all night. Good spot though if you're up for the Pink Street experience.

Great location. Beautifully renovated with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom.
On the weekend it can get quite noisy and the hotel provides ear plugs!

This is the best place to stay while we were in Lisbon..Bruno really give us a great room with a great view from our room..
Definitely..this hotel will be our place when we come back to Lisbon

The sushi restaurant was awesome. Front desk helpful.
Loud band in lounge even with ear plugs. My husband hit his three times on low ceiling. Mirror in bathroom to low because of angled roof.. we were on the sixth floor.

Lovely Sushi restaurant, and helpful staff.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Also, breakfast was not until 8am, so having paid for this we were leaving to early to have breakfast. We also asked for a packed breakfast on one day but the content was very poor. Im ok leased to say the hotel did respond to our complaint and refunded two days breakfasts.

The location is excellent, really central for everything.
We were given Room 110 and were unaware how noisy or how close the local bars and clubs were.
The music went until 6am, and the room was actually vibrating the entire time. It was a genuinely terrible experience. We were not made aware at any point prior to or upon arrival that this would be the case. The rating on booking.Com was very high.
The reason for giving a higher rating than the first night experience is that the staff changed our room the next day without any problem. We were moved to a room on the 4th floor, which was really quiet.
The hotel knows these rooms are problematic (I subsequently searched for other reviews online), but still rent them out at 200 euros per night. They should advise guests at point of booking, and for those willing to take them they should discount the rate considerably.

The hotel itself is gorgeous - love the decor. Staff are friendly and professional as well. Best part of the hotel is the location - its walking distance to Time Out market, the pier, restaurants, etc. Its also right above Pink Street which was cool. With the windows closed, the noise was no problem when sleeping. But if you open the window for a breeze, you can definitely hear the buzz from below. Rest assured, they do provide ear plugs for exactly this.
N/A - only the noise if you open the window but as mentioned, they try to mitigate this with the free earplugs.
