Shower was great
Felt cold, old, and needs a renovation. Nightstand was small and there was nowhere to plug in cell phone for charging. Toilet was loose and made a big noise when you stood up. Tiles in floor in front of shower were loose and made noise when walked on. Hard to be quiet in the middle of the night. Hair dryer was mediocre. Had to hold down a lever to keep it turned on and it got tiring, awkward, and somewhat difficult to manage.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean.
Not enough sugar for coffee. When I asked for more sugar, the receptionist gave me 1 small pack of sugar. LOL I asked for more sugar and he gave me another packet of sugar. He was not interested in giving me any more? Surely the hotel can afford to give the customer 5-6 packets of sugar if they ask. I certainly paid enough for the room.

My room was large and really quiet. The decor in the hotel was lovely and all places were really clean! All staff members from reception team to cleaning ladies were friendly and efficient. The area of the hotel was more calm compared to more central locations. The metro stop and bus stop were directly by the hotel so it was easy to travel around. There is a little grocery shop really near the hotel too. The room had a nicely cold mini fridge. It also had a security box large enough for a small laptop. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was good quality for this price.
The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom which was odd! But I was not bothered by that. It would be nice if the breakfast was included when you stay here.

The location is excellent, very close to the metro station and the shopping center Campo Peqeno. There were no steep streets in the area, which made walking easier. The rooms are small but clean, towels were changed every day and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.
It would be great if the room had a terrace.

The cleanliness of the room.
The receptionist was not professional at all. She did not have the manners to talk with clients. She was rude and not welcoming at all. The taps in the room were complicated to use.
