The rooms are quite and very relaxing.
Not enough sun loungers by the pool but it is a small area. Also guests leaving their towels on unoccupied loungers amd chairs for long periods of time.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and lacked variety for a hotel of this standard.

Breakfast was lovely

The pool area was in disrepair and tiny
The pictures were overly flattering of the rooftop space and condition of it
The room was tired with flooring damaged in a number of places
Very small room with no storage so couldn’t unpack and not even a case rest, they also said they gave us a free upgrade so would be concerned re a standard room

The air conditioning. And corridors.
The one staff member at reception. The pool that was steaming hot (during a 33 degree celcius week). The gym didn’t have much, and was crowded with 3 people in there.

The property was clean, great breakfast and amazing customer service. Loved the Rooftop pool and bar. Easy access to the city centre as it’s close to a bus stop and metro. Sites of attractions such as Edward VII park is just about 8-10mins walk from the hotel.
My overall stay was very good, however the first room we were assigned on arrival was quite disappointing. In my opinion I don’t think it’s safe or hygienic as there is a sink present in the room right next to the bed. Especially as it’s just right next to the areas where one would plug in their electrical devices. Good thing our room was changed the next day without any fuss.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and really attentive to any questions we had. We stayed for my partners birthday and left a really nice surprise in our room on the day which was a nice touch and example of them going above and beyond for us
The location was okay but mostly was a short taxi into town as the walk was a little far
