It was a struggle to get towels at the pool. The listing said that there were robes in the rooms, there weren’t any.

The staff and location were very good. Breakfast was nice.
The hottub was freezing! Not fixed for the 3 days we were there despite asking twice. Room was very small for a deluxe room.
Double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. Gap in middle was awful.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The location was perfect: you’re close to all the great spots, making everything easy to reach. The breakfast was excellent as well – a perfect start to the day.

this is my second time staying at this hotel, its absolutely fab, the staff were so attentive and friendly.The rooms are well appointed and modern. It was spotless. The rooftop pool is the main reason I came back, as it was still in my brain from my last visit years ago, and it didn't disappoint yet another great stay!

The staff were lovely, the hotel and rooms are modern and well presented. The breakfast was fantastic
We were not told that the roof top barand area would not be open and also the jacuzzi was not working. For the first few days the pool was not warm. These were the things that made us choose this hotel over others that were nearer to the centre of Lisbon so we were disappointed. However I am sure it would be lovely when they are open. The hotel is a 40 minute walk from Lisbon old town which is uphill on the way back but there is plenty of public transport
