Pleasant
Place smelled great. Comfortable beds/pillows.
Nice blowdryer
Room very soundproof, however enjoying balcony doesn't happen with planes coming in low for landing & traffic noise.
Great lighting, however icons could be bigger.
Bartender/head waiter was VERY pleasant. Makes a great Capirinha?
Breakfast had wide variety
Suggestion for breakfast buffet: LABEL the jam/jelly/honey jars. Not everyone can tell what something is by color.
Room #304:
Bathroom shower had mold on door frames which smell was VERY potent.
Shower had no clear instructions on how to use/switch between rain head & handheld sprayer. There were 2 separate knobs with tiny icons, nothing else. Wall/body shower heads were non working (pressed every button/turned both knobs...nada). Shower floor EXTREMELY slippery. I used bath mat inside shower, but doesn't cover enough of floor for comfortable shower. Tried wearing bath slippers, but they don't grip wet floor either. Outside shower just as slick.
SUGGESTION: Place skid strips on shower floor BEFORE someone slips and breaks their neck.
Husband had to go down to front desk to ask for bathrobe & slippers that came with room, but weren't there.
Second day no hand towels or bath mat given. Had to find housekeeping to get.
Upon check in were told by front desk we could contact them for ANYTHING we needed, however, there were NO instructions on how to reach front desk via room phone. Had to ask housekeeping (press 9, most places you dial 9 to call outside of hotel).
Requested & paid up front for room to be decorated upon arrival (13th), NOT Valentine's Day at lunch as they suggested. Arrived early, so understood that room wasn't ready. Left, came back about an hour later at check in time. Room still not ready. I assumed was due to them decorating. Was given complimentary drinks (2) to enjoy at bar (nice, to buy more time to decorate room to surprise my husband). Room was finally ready approximately 30 mins late. Got to room... NO decorations?! However, they did do ON Valentine's Day at lunch. Luckily we decided to go out for awhile. I had explained to front desk we were local coming to stay for romantic getaway for Valentine's Day & I wasn't sure if we would be leaving hotel & to have ready upon arrival.
Poor communications between wait staff during breakfast.

Housekeeping staff is great, too.
Quiet - in a nice area
Location was a little out of the way for me.
But, a lovely park area with benches.

The hot tub didn’t work! My Pillows were not comfortable, but my mom’s were! The bathroom has zero privacy of you are traveling with your mom!!

Loved the rooftop patio, pool and gym. The balcony was great with a lovely view of the street!
It took a bit to figure out the shower and it was a bit expensive for us.

All the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and beautifully decorated. The bar options were excellent, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
When I asked for a double bed, I expected to have a double bed and not two single beds pushed together, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable, but did not detract from the stay.

The hotel was perfect for a short-term stay providing access to the city, a delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and even a free bike to enjoy the city. I would 100% recommend this hotel to family, friends and anyone seeking a nice getaway!
Honestly, I did not have a sour experience in the slightest while at this hotel. My entire experience was memorable and I would absolutely return to this hotel if I was the type of traveler to return to a city after a visit (rare)!

The free 30 min tuktuk ride is a must! The driver has a very good voice and explains interesting things in Lisbon. The pool is very refreshing and was not too crowded. The staff is very nice. The bed is huge. Breakfast is amazing with different options.
The metro is a 10 minute walk.

Very clean & modern hotel with good breakfast options, friendly staff and a beautiful rooftop pool. Location is good if you’re happy to be out of the bustle of the town. We really enjoyed our stay.
Things to be aware of (didn’t impact our stay):
- The showers in rooms open out into the room itself, the bathroom is not separate. Tricky if sharing with someone you don’t want to be naked in front of!
- The rooftop pool has about 6 lay flat beds and probably 10 deck chairs. These fill up practically by 9/930am in summer. Can be disappointing if you pick the hotel for the pool which we did
- It’s located a taxi journey from central areas, but we didn’t mind as Ubers are very cheap
