The location is perfect for a walkable downtown Lisboa experience. The staff were SO NICE! We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I looked forward to the breakfast everyday. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The tuk tuk tour with Rui is a must!!
The fitness center might have been my least favorite spot but that’s if I have have to knit pick

The breakfast was really great. No big surprises, but everything was very well prepared and tasty. The daily Pastel de Natas were especially appreciated. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the heated swimming pool great.
The jacuzzi was out of order 3 out of 4 days, which was a disappointment since the (outdoor) heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were one of the selection criterias for us.

Amazing location, it is surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants as well parks and things to do . Modern and tasteful decor with comfortable rooms, would be nice to have two comfy chairs in the room rather than one .
Pool area a little tired compared to rest of the hotel and breakfast adequate but not of the quality that would be expected from the room rate.

The aesthetic of the hotel is modern and minimalistic, just as we love it. It was clean, warm, very comfortable for sleeping, quiet and had a well-equipped gym (compared to other hotels) and good wifi
The breakfast was same every day with pretty limited options, we hoped for better breakfast. Part of the staff was not friendly at all. The pool was on the terrace, not inside the hotel, didn't use it

The reception team were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The hotel was awesome so clean and calming vibe. The rooftop pool and area was modern and lovely decor and ambience. Plants made a huge difference too. The pool and hot tub made me forgot I was still in the winter month of Feb.
Location was very central to everything I did. Uber is your best friend. So cheap.
Most hotels have basic rooms, not this one. Separate toilet and shower. Very clean and modern. You will like it.
This is very subjective. The mattress was really soft. My poor back didn't like it. But it won't stop me from booking again
