The free 30 min tuktuk ride is a must! The driver has a very good voice and explains interesting things in Lisbon. The pool is very refreshing and was not too crowded. The staff is very nice. The bed is huge. Breakfast is amazing with different options.
The metro is a 10 minute walk.

Great location
Dirty room and carpets all over the hotel. Bad conception of the room lead to many places with scuffs and wear making the room look badly maintained. Shower had black mold in it... the gym machines have not been cleaned in a while and there was no water available.

Most important was completely insecure WiFi - Balcony floor not clean on arrival - cleaned on our last day. We had to ask for toilet paper to be replaced. Staff didn’t enforce no drinks rule in pool. No room instructions.

Staff were lovely , chill area was ok but not great ,
Rooms We’re basic, pool was filthy, tiles missing , debris in pool and it was leaking. Hot tub was ok but needed a Clean too.
Corridors were scruffy, carpet torn , trays of food left all day , breakfast was very very basic
This is not a £300 a Night hotel standard! We were really disappointed - we expected so much better for the money it cost

Stylish and modern. Lovely rooftop area . Nice bar and food. Room spacious, clean and air conditioned. Staff really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast
Bathroom arrangement not great for privacy! But big sink area good for getting ready.

Breakfast was okay and roof top bar was nice although we couldn’t use it one night because of a private event
I was underwhelmed generally. Location wasn’t as close as I thought so had to taxi in and out of Lisbon.
Pool area was a bit tired, flooring boards were rickety and loose in a few areas.
Group of drunk adults (35+) came to the pool area, extremely load but staff said nothing. Everyone just quietly left.

Rooftop bar and pool, cushions dirty, limited space, maid took my beach towel from the room and never saw it again.
