Was a very short one night stay, so did not really get to experience the hotel to it's fullest. Reception was friendly and helpful with early check-in and luggage storage while awaiting our late flight out.

The room is great and comfortable. Shower was pretty good and the room was clean.
Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't really cooling the room as expected. It was a bit frustrating as we're in the middle of the summer.

Wonderful
This is hands down the most luxurious place I’ve visited. It’s essentially a five-star accommodation playing hide-and-seek, and it pulls it off brilliantly. The rooms are high-tech; you can control all the lighting directly from the bed or the main AC screen, saving you from the peasant activity of actually having to stand up to hit a switch. Even the wardrobe has built-in lighting. Breakfast is completely out of this world, and the minibar is fully included—a rare and beautiful miracle in modern hospitality. They also installed a luxury multi-jet shower system, which is a fantastic concept, even if mine was having a slight existential crisis and didn't function correctly.
Also; sound proofing is insane, I've never seen windows so thick. You couldn't hear if there was a air raid siren outside.
Mother Nature and Father Time are actively tag-teaming the exterior, and some renovation is desperately needed. The pool looks incredibly cool at first glance, but if you take a closer look, you realize it’s leaking everywhere like a submarine with a screen door. The terrace is frankly fighting for its life. You’ve got stained pillows by the pool, dead plants, a broken window, and floorboards that are either visually rotting away or completely detached and just waiting to snap an ankle.
If management would just hire a guy with a hammer and some waterproof sealant, this place would be an effortless 10/10. It's a phenomenal stay, but I have to deduct a point for the neglected exterior.

Reliable and Convenient Hotel pour a stay in the center of Lisbon. Staff is really polite and nice, Room service is good, Four Star hotel better than some 5 stars Hotel I have been...
I think you should repair some stuff due to old leaks in certain rooms. Other than that it is fine.

The shower is seperate from the bathroom. So bit inconvinient. No place to hang or put your own stuff in the shower.

Room very soundproof, however enjoying balcony doesn't happen with planes coming in low for landing & traffic noise.
Great lighting, however icons could be bigger.
Bartender/head waiter was VERY pleasant. Makes a great Capirinha?

Suggestion for breakfast buffet: LABEL the jam/jelly/honey jars. Not everyone can tell what something is by color.
Room #304:
Bathroom shower had mold on door frames which smell was VERY potent.
Shower had no clear instructions on how to use/switch between rain head & handheld sprayer. There were 2 separate knobs with tiny icons, nothing else. Wall/body shower heads were non working (pressed every button/turned both knobs...nada). Shower floor EXTREMELY slippery. I used bath mat inside shower, but doesn't cover enough of floor for comfortable shower. Tried wearing bath slippers, but they don't grip wet floor either. Outside shower just as slick.
SUGGESTION: Place skid strips on shower floor BEFORE someone slips and breaks their neck.
Husband had to go down to front desk to ask for bathrobe & slippers that came with room, but weren't there.
Second day no hand towels or bath mat given. Had to find housekeeping to get.
Upon check in were told by front desk we could contact them for ANYTHING we needed, however, there were NO instructions on how to reach front desk via room phone. Had to ask housekeeping (press 9, most places you dial 9 to call outside of hotel).
Requested & paid up front for room to be decorated upon arrival (13th), NOT Valentine's Day at lunch as they suggested. Arrived early, so understood that room wasn't ready. Left, came back about an hour later at check in time. Room still not ready. I assumed was due to them decorating. Was given complimentary drinks (2) to enjoy at bar (nice, to buy more time to decorate room to surprise my husband). Room was finally ready approximately 30 mins late. Got to room... NO decorations?! However, they did do ON Valentine's Day at lunch. Luckily we decided to go out for awhile. I had explained to front desk we were local coming to stay for romantic getaway for Valentine's Day & I wasn't sure if we would be leaving hotel & to have ready upon arrival.
Poor communications between wait staff during breakfast.
