Absolutely incredible location which was close to everything! Private entrance and really nice to have soundproof rooms and a lovely bathroom and kitchen! The bedroom was lovely and super spacious! Great kitchen stocked with everything. We asked for more coffee pods and were gladly provided them. Staff were extremely good at communicating via WhatsApp. Instant responses. They refreshed towels every couple of days. Highly recommend.

The property was centrally located w/ a good restaurant & souvenir shop on the sides. The host Debbie was very professional & helpful.She has a cheerful attitude.
A laundry facility within the property even not inside the apartment would be very helpful. Also, a ahower chair that can be available for a senior or guest w/ limited mobility.

Great location within easy walking distance to many of the places you’d want to visit. Being in Baixa, you’re not on a hill, so that makes it easy to get around. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which made sleeping more comfortable.

Spacious, clean apartment. Responsive management. Great location, just a few blocks from Commercial Square; everything was walkable. There was lots of activity below, but the windows were very soundproof if needed.
There were no drawers or real hangers for clothes and very few surfaces in bedroom or bathroom on which to put our items. Kitchen amenities were few: no sugar, salt, no coffee maker, etc.

The location is superb, very useful instruction on how get inside and etc. very clean, the plumbing and furniture is good quality.
Everything was good, but the main bed for two people is actually two single beds, and the mattress kept splitting. But we were informed about that.

The studios are big, very nice decor, high ceilings and very quiet. Superb location, easy to walk everywhere in Lisboa and in a nice street.
They have a fantastic, modern and well equipped kitchen.
Bed is super comfy.
We are a family of five and rented 2 studios. One was fabulous and everything worked perfectly, the other one had a leaking AC that couldn´t be solved as it was a weekend. This resulted in the floor getting very wet, we had to use towels to try to control the water unseuccesfuly, it was really uncomfartable.
And the other problem is that the bathroom had a really bad smell, like sewage.
If we had only rented the studio with the problems I would have a bad opinion but if we would had only expereinced the other studio the experience was fantastic.

Apartment is located in the center, a lot of cafes, souvenir shops, supermarket just 1min away even halal food is 1min away, metro 5mins away.
I specifically selected an option for 24/7 front desk, this hotel has a statement of 24/7 front desk but they only work 9am-6pm. Accurate details should be updated.

Easy check in, was able to check in early as the room was not occupied the night before.
Very convenient location that was walkable to great attractions.
Only a 3 minute walk to the subway.
Fire alarm went off first night that had us outside for nearly a hour. No fire department showed up, building owner/manager came and turned off. Neighboring business said it was common, however only happened once during the week. The individual who responded was very friendly and apologetic.

Because of the kind assistance, I was able to check in with the automatic check-in. Never did this before and not sure if I could have done it alone. But all went well. It is a great service to have a full-time staff on side which also showed me the "trick" with the door opening to the apartment. THANK YOU!
More storage and more comfortable seating. However, it was for a few days not a big issue for me.

My Girlfriend and I are from Chicago IL USA. We stayed here for two nights to see Lisbon. This was a very central and great location to experience Lisbon and the various neighborhoods surrounding. There was an AC unit in the living room and an AC unit in the bedroom. We highly recommend!

Could not fault the location. Very central being just off Rua Augusta. Great starting point for whichever area looking to visit. Lively area but quiet when in the apartment and no disturbance during the night. Also felt safe returning at night. Less than 2 minute walk from nearest metro. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and all over the area. Hosts were very helpful.
Can't find fault and would stay here again.
