Wonderful
This is a really nice, large, comfortable apartment. The kitchen is particularly nice, and we appreciated that there was a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There are lots of restaurants all around, as well as pastry shops and a grocery store.
The pillows were strangely lumpy.
The apartment layout is kind of strange -- there's a lot of excess space. This does not matter in any big way -- it just felt like everything was far away, lol.

Everything was amazing! The only thing is the sofa for sleeping. The sofa is nice itself, but to sleep is not comfortable, especially when you are tall.

The spacious apartment is situated in a charming and very local part of Graça. The back garden is a total delight with citrus trees groaning with fruit! The famous Tram 28 runs directly in front of the apartment. Lucas, the service agent, was so friendly and super helpful. The host, Eduardo, runs the best chicken grill house, downstairs from the apartment! There are shops, pharmacies, food stores a stone's throw away. We loved our stay!

Carpets were stained.
Bedroom matress was so old, matress corners was rolled up so it is only possible to sleep in the middle of the bed.

Very good apartment. Well furnished and equipped and in a very smart and secure small complex. View across the city from the terrace was a little disappointing but you are just a short 300m walk to the best sunset views of Lisbon at its highest point - talk a bottle and glasses with you as crowds gather and picnic. A couple of hundred metres further away an Al.ost as good view with a great open air bar cafe serving all day and through sunset. If you do t like walking hills (it's a long way up and from the Waterside then the trolleys run everywhere frequently and the taxi's are cheap (Uber service is good) - great location overall.
Nothing to complain about at all really.

Very nice and well-located apartment. It is near to one of the highest points of Lisbon, therefore we could enjoy amazing sunsets from the view point just some meters away.
Besides, everything was clean and the staff was really friendly :)

Great location. Close to tram 28, super markets, bakeries and restaurants.
Some equipments in the flat are not well maintained. The mattress is a bit too used.

Spacious place in a secure facility with all you need.
The balcony is a big bonus!
The entrance gate didn't work properly and we had difficulty finding it, also a telephone check in that would have resolved these problems had they been physically there.
We also couldn't work the TV.
The sofa bed was strange and wasn't a proper bed, you just move the sofa around.
So a little disappointing really, especially for the price.
