THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND NICE
THE LOCATION WAS PRETTY BAD, VERY LITTLE AROUND.
THE PERSON WHO MET US SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH, AND WAS NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN.
A FUSE BLEW WHEN I USED THE STOVE AND MICROWAVE AT THE SAME TIME, CONTACTED THE HOST- WE GOT NO RESPONSE AND ENDED UP FIGURING IT OUT ON OUR OWN.
NO ASSISTANCE WITH GETTING TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT.
SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.

This place is adorable, modern , comfortable, safe, and clean. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but centrally located. The property manager and owner were very responsive and accommodating. I give this property my highest marks.
I liked everything about this property. I actually am staying two extra days.

The location was in a nice neighborhood that was close to attractions and restaurants. Close to bus line. We choose to walk.
I would have liked to have another set of towels during our five day stay.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. A/C, elevator, good Wi-Fi. I was there for 2 weeks and they offered a free cleaning in the middle of the stay. Felt safe in the neighborhood and in building since code was needed to get in. 2 small grocery stores, Chinese store and a few restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Major grocery store and designer shopping by both Metro stations.
It was a long 10 minute walk to the metro stations (either Avenida or Pombal) which is a problem when it is very hot or raining.

Lovely apartment fully equipped and only a short walk from central areas in a quiet neighbourhood. Small local shops for food and restaurants were good..

Liked the location. We could walk almost anywhere. It was very clean
No extra pillows. No extras like olive oil needed to cook. No nice touches like a complimentary bottle of wine or bottled water like many other apartments offer. No new sponges to do the dishes.

Modern and clean. Big apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.
Location is ok, having a bus stop nearby. The next metro station is about 10 minutes walking distance. It's a calm area with a nice little groceries store next to the apartment. Don't expect too much, though.
The price... Lisbon prices are outrageous. A similar apartment can easily cost no more than 100 Euros in another European capital city.

The apartment itself is new and looks nice however, the it's like a studio with a kitchen and the bedroom together.
It's located in a really nice neighborhood which offers good restaurants, nice parks, places to have breakfast etc. and is relatively in the wider center, so it's between 15 to 45 min walking from many main attractions.
The host Joao was really helpful when we arrived and provided multiple recommendations which were very helpful.
The bed is really comfy and the Wifi works pretty well.
- The property is one big studio and the bed is close to the WC which is not that great, especially for such an expensive price. Although the studio itself is renovated and the bed is very comfy.
- The host didn't reply to me after checking in even though I wrote multiple times.

Comfy bed. Plenty of closet space. Comfortable couch. Good lighting. Well-equipped kitchen. Friendly, helpful host. Excellent security. Very clean. Heated towel bar in the bathroom. The shower worked well. There was air conditioning in the main living area and in the bedroom.
The TV was very small, had poor reception, and was far from the seating area. The bathroom was tiny and had no storage. The shower enclosure was short so that it was hard to keep the water from splashing out. There were no washcloths.
