Very cool location in the heart of Lisbon. Old time elegance with tasteful renovations
Don’t use the hotel services for getting around. Very expensive to go through them. Taxis are very close and available at all hours and inexpensive.

The hotel was beautiful, serves a lovely breakfast, has a hidden courtyard on the second floor and is in the Rossio Garden area. They also have a restaurant that was filled with people just walking by most of the time for lunch or dinner. Plus the staff was friendly and available for any questions or requests.

Hotel room: I was upgraded to a beautiful room with lots of natural light and opening doors & window (3rd floor). It was such a welcome surprise. I loved the room. A friend was staying at the Marriot Ivens and my room was so much better than his in terms of size, windows and view.
Staff: Sofia was so great and everyone I spoke to was genuinely, authentically interested in your comfort.
Drinks: Exceptional wine selection, free glass when you check in and discounts on your stay as a guest. Wine bar open all night to buy drinks!
Wifi: strong!
Location: It was central to it all - walking to train, walking to taxis, walking to everything. It was fantastic.
Hotel offers $40 transport one way from airport - that’s over double what taxis cost.

Warm, friendly and knowledgable staff. A large variety of foods to choose from on the breakfast buffet. Well presented and clean room with a balcony, soundproofing and good air conditioning. Loved the garden terrace on the second floor - a lovely relaxing green space with seating. Hotel located close to main boulevard, square, shops and restaurants.
No kettle in the room, but there was a coffee maker.
