I was welcomed with a latte while waiting for my room upon an early arrival. The warm and friendly staff was exceptional! They were very attentive and assisted in providing excellent directions to various sites. Special thanks to Mr. Santos with providing great directions! The room was very clean and provided a complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast was good and "hit" the spot for a long day of exploring Lisbon. The location offers a variety of restaurants, local transportation and sites. The hotel also has a courtyard which is great for relaxing with the complimentary wine. Overall, I highly recommend this charming boutique hotel. Thank you for making my trip to Lisbon memorable! Muito Obrigada!
