Wonderfully central and highly walkable location. Very pleasant staff. Rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Amenities such as bathrobes and Nespresso coffee maker were much appreciated.

Great location with ease of being able to walk everywhere. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. On check in we were offered a glass of wine which was a lovely.
We needed to change dates for a couple of tours we had privately booked and they were very helpful to sort this out for us.

The rooms, location, bed & shower were all excellent but what was exceptional was the staff …. A special mega thank you to the night manager who helped me with a big problem at 6:30 am when I dropped valuable item in the taxi that hotel booked to take me to airport ….cannot thank him enough for going out of his way to solve my issue and reduce my stress and still make it to my flight on time ….THANK YOU

Excellent location friendly knowledgeable staff nice rooms
Bathroom had a slight off odour don't know if it was the drains or not had issue with rainfall shower operation but that might be down to me
