Great value hotel, located both within walking distance from the city center and close to a Metro station. Clean, good service and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice. Would stay here again in the future.
Our room was facing a busy street, ambulance, police or firefighter sirens were loud during the night.

The location, little bit niceness from the staffs.
The towels were very Old. Clean but old an brown not white. Room is without bedroom fridge i think for a 4 star ? hotel ? every room must have one. And why is the cleaner coming to clean by 10 am ?. That is sleeping time for most people. Anyways thank you, next time will take a better room.

It was very clean, reasonably priced for Lisbon, and the room had everything we needed.
The room was small, particularly the shower (a challenge not to hit elbows against the hardware while showering) but in fairness it was a good price for Lisbon.

Location was good for us, in-between airport and Praca do Comercio. Cheap Uber trip from airport, and we had a nice, leisurely walk from Lisbon Style downhill to Rua Augusta & Praca do Comercio. Small room but chic style. Courteous staff. Overall good value!

Friendly staff; close to metro to and from downtown,clean facilities and Joanna had a weighing scale to lend to weigh my suitcase! Thank you!!
A screen on windows/ doors to avoid insects getting in and a bathroom fan would be helpful!

We were put to a basement room despite the hotel having empty rooms. If you read the reviews, it means we heard the subway all night long and the people who stayed above our rooms were stumping all night long so that wasn’t very helpful either. The receptionist, Joanna wasn’t helpful and even said the room was only for one night when we clearly booked it for 4 nights. On top of that, the hotel gave us towels that were clearly not laundered properly as we received towels that had red stains on them for 2 days straight even we raised the issue to the receptionist. On top of that, there is no fridge or closet in the room which is shocking as they are basic necessities in a hotel room.
