Staff were helpful and responsive to requests.
The subway runs right next to the location until 1am and it made it difficult to sleep. No elevator to floor.

The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The breakfast was quite good, with an impressive selection of fruit, pastries and hot items as well.
They really need to replace the carpet in the main hallway area, as it looks quite shabby. Also, the location isn’t in one of the nicer locations.

The staff could have been more coopérative…did ‘not really answer our question not by an answer but always Repeating the question…? It seems that they don’t like there job Otherwise, Check in was ok.
There was a safety box in the bedroom..that was appreciated At least, the night Guardian was very nice

I had stated our preference for a room to accomodate our family of four. The details of the property nor the photos were very encouraging and I wondered how it will fit us all. I thought maybe they would get additional beds into the room and I was quite ok with that as I needed the room only for nightcaps and was looking for a budget accommodation. When we arrived they put us in an apartment with a living room with a pull-out sofa, a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette had a kettle, induction stove, refrigerator, serveware and flatware. We used it to make our morning breakfast of toast and eggs.
Would have been nice to have had a bolt on the bathroom door. Also an iron and ironing board would have been nice.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure.
The location is terrible. It’s far from the centre of activity. There is absolutely nothing around there. It felt a bit sketchy at night. I also found most of the staff quite unfriendly. They would help and answer questions but it seemed they did so begrudgingly.

Excellent location, 100yd either way to a Metro station, easy city to travel round on public transport. Room was clean, reception staff were helpful, breakfast was excellent. Would book again if ever back in Lisbon

Great value hotel, located both within walking distance from the city center and close to a Metro station. Clean, good service and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice. Would stay here again in the future.
Our room was facing a busy street, ambulance, police or firefighter sirens were loud during the night.

The location, little bit niceness from the staffs.
The towels were very Old. Clean but old an brown not white. Room is without bedroom fridge i think for a 4 star ? hotel ? every room must have one. And why is the cleaner coming to clean by 10 am ?. That is sleeping time for most people. Anyways thank you, next time will take a better room.
