I stayed at the hotel with my family on the 6th of July, but my stay on the 7th was cancelled by the hotel for air-conditioning maintenance.

Great location. Charming space. Amazing rooftop bar. Very good breakfast. Could leave our luggage stored after check-out until it was time to head to the airport.
AC wasn't great in our room and the streets were too loud to keep the windows open at night.
We would still definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent location! Close to metro stations, tram stops, and short walk to waterfront. It was nice to have kitchenette and the grocery store was nearby.
The air conditioning was down. However they put portable ac’s in the unit which helped keep the unit cool. Except it was loud, especially when it was right next to the bed.

Beautifully decorated, perfect location, excellent breakfast. Super useful staff, friendly, spoke English, great suggestions for supper and made reservations for us. 24 hr concierge service.
The property preferred if patrons didn’t flush toilet paper used for wiping, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description when booking.

I’ve stayed at this property before and LOVED it! However, this go around lacked the charm and value of my previous visit. For starters, the air conditioning was out so the rooms were outfitted with a portable unit. If you are familiar with portable AC units then you understand how loud, cumbersome, and utterly useless they can be. Not to mention the unit was hooked up in the kitchenette which precluded my ability to use the stove. The tubing was also hot to the touch and if not careful, you could definitely sustain an injury.
If you knew the rooms had no air, why wouldn’t the hotel or the booking platform send out a notification so patrons could be prepared? The next morning when I complained, I was told to email an offsite manager… which was crazy! This level of unprofessionalism was surprising based on my previous experiences with this hotel. They then told me that breakfast wasn’t included in my stay. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t automatically offer to comp breakfast due to the inconvenience of having guests stay in rooms with no air with record high temperatures outside. The front desk staff had to call a manager to see if it was okay to comp breakfast! Are you kidding me???
Breakfast was complimented but was scaled way down from the previous visit, which was also in June, but in 2023! The offerings were about half of what I remembered and the location moved to downstairs into the bar/restaurant, and not the cute upstairs lounge like before.
Overall, the stay was underwhelming and miserable due to the heat. I noticed when checking out that guest who were checking in were offered a different building (next door)! Why wasn’t that option offered to me when I complained??
Be mindful of how you treat your guest.

The apartment was amazing! Two full bedrooms and three bathrooms. The sound proofing doors and AC worked beautifully. The location was close to everything. The breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in a 2 room apartment, located in a separate building directly opposite the hotel, a special apartment in terms of its design.
The floors creak when walking around the apartment, and it would be helpful to provide basic kitchen essentials such as cooking oil. On the day of departure, we received a call at exactly 11:00 a.m. telling us to come immediately to check out, even though we were already on our way out. This felt a bit abrupt and less service-oriented than expected.

Location was the best, near all the main stuff. Breakfast was very nice. Sheets were soft. Windows opened with a nice view, but also had two sets of windows so you did not hear straight noise and had darkening covers.
A/C of the whole building broke during our visit. They really did their best to make it better by renting portable AC units but sadly they just did not work.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice touch of bowl of apples, water dispenser and platter of pasteis de nata in lobby.
Very Interesting and original decor of each of the apartments.
Fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs. Comfortable living room with table and chairs.
First 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in, one of the bathrooms was so tiny, there was no room to even store the towels. And the accompanying bedroom was too small for 2 people since you could only get into the bed from 1 side. The other side was pushed against a mirrored wall.
On our return stay, in another apartment, the air conditioner didn’t work properly which made for an uncomfortable night.

Location and rooftop bar. We booked an apartment and there was a kitchen, living room and actually a 3rd bathroom. We had a 2 bedroom and each had their own bathroom. Held our luggage while we explored the area.
Would like to be able to get into the room a little earlier.

Better pillows on the bed would have been appreciated. Shower was small and you had to step up to get into it.
