The hotel location is great, the room is nice, and overlooking the street. However, the window blocks the noise pretty well. The bed is comfortable, and the facility is great (has wine glasses and a little table, chairs, etc.). I really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast is awesome!! Would totally recommend.
Not that I remember. The room can be a little hot sometimes? I'm not sure if the AC works, but we travelled during the beginning of April, and when we opened the window the temperature was pretty nice.

I loved the LOCATION. It was amazing to be in Lisbon and have a hotel in a flat walking area(not common) with so many pedestrian zones. The best restaurant was right across the street! I loved the quirky decorations throughout the hotel. Breakfast was really good. We liked the refrigerator was large. The staff was kind. We had an issue with water leaking into our room from the room above, and the staff handled it quickly- so it wasn’t a continuing issue.
I was a tiny bit disappointed that our whole room wasn’t decorated in funky style. Our bathroom had a cool ceiling, but the rest of our walls were beige. But it isn’t a deal breaker.

The location of the hotel is very advantageous since everything is 5mins walk. The receptionist were very helpful, when we needed to adjust the temperature in the room they helped promptly as well as when we needed an extra bad cover they made sure it was delivered within an hour. The variety and quality of the breakfast exceeded the expectation. :) Welcome wine was nice too.
The elevators are not too spacious and sometimes we had to wait for them quite much. (probably during the housekeeping hours) The bed mattress was too soft for my taste but that's on me. The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim (red light) so a bright white would have been better and since it was forbidden to to flush toilet paper we had to throw it in a trash can which is quite unhygienic I think. One day someone cooked in one of the neighboring rooms at midnight and there was an awful fried oil smell on the whole floor, rooms should be smell-proof.

The a/c had to be off all day so when we came back it was quite warm. The room was fine but seemed a bit smaller than I expected!

Staff was not very responsive. Brother ended up paying 20 euros for cup of coffee because cashier did not explain could only get a coffee with full breakfast. Check out person would not make a call to refund
