Very cool rooms, unique furnishing and art, and friendly staff. Location is good if you like being right in the middle of the action.

Staff were brilliant, location was fantastic. Well priced airport shuttle too. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
These are.small things, overall it was great: No milk (even powdered or uht) in the rooms to go with the tea and coffee facilities, and none available either. Our room cleaner didn't replace the toilet roll. Couldn't turn our AC below 22. If we kept windows open it was noisy outside (but otherwise soundproofing was great). No way to have windows opened but curtains or shutters closed. There were a LOT of mirrors, whole walls and corridors. It's a small thing but I found it really intense and occasionally confusing.

Funky artist little apartment complete with a cooking hob, fridge, Nespresso machine and microwave! It was a fabulous location, right in the centre of everything. And we had a lovely surprise of a complimentary bottle of wine waiting in our room upon arrival
Our apartment was facing onto the main street so be a good idea to pack some ear plugs.

I liked the location at it was just off one of the main squares. The breakfast was excellent. The decor was very unusual.

The location was fabulous and the staff were super and a pleasure to deal with and very helpful at all times.
The room we stayed in was just a bit small and dark and the decor just a little overpowering! But it wouldnt stop us staying there again.

Fabulous location; beautiful rooms and friendly staff!
The only small aspect that I felt could be improved was the air condition, as the rooms were slightly too warm, especially at night-time.

This is a cool hotel in the best location in Downtown, close to a Metro station and next to Barrio Alto! Rooms were apartment style with a kitchenette and an art theme! The breakfast room was very cool and the breakfast was plentiful- staff were helpful and friendly

The location, ambience, food and hospitality all amazing. The apartment had a vibe so different. We had an awesome stay.
Lifts too small but understandable as this is a 18 century property renovated.
