Great location! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us restaurant suggestions and booked a very early morning shuttle to the airport for us.

The location was convenient and close to all the sites and the train station; the breakfast was good - especially likes the fresh fruit bowl; they always had cold water, small pastries and apples in the lobby which was greatly appreciated when walking in after exploring Lisbon; hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and kitchenette was nice to have.
Another shelf for storing clothes would have been nice to have. The bed was a bit too firm for me but that is a personal choice.

The hotel was very interestingly fitted out. Loved the art around the place. Breakfast was excellent. Staff at the Reception was excellent. Location couldn't have been better. Santa Justa lift is a two min walk away and River Tejo is about a 15-min walk away..There is a food court about a 2-minute walk away and loads of restaurants around.. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar.

The 3 bedroom/2 bath set up was great with plenty of room to gather together. Location was perfect. The rooftop bar of the hotel had phenomenal drinks!
The one room is open so can hear everything from downstairs and people downstairs can hear them walking around. Not an issue if everyone is considerate.

They have a reception desk with someone who spoke English which made the process very easy. The apartment had a small kitchen for our needs, Beds were comfortable. The 6 of us were not on top of each other. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Restaurant and rooftop bar were a bonus!
The walls within the apartment were not well insulated so you could hear someone in the kitchen or dining room while you were trying to sleep.

Amazing location. Incredible AC!!!! The darkest black out room to sleep in (if you want). The shower was SO good, great pressure and hot. This was truly a 10/10 stay and I would 100% recommend to my friends and family if they asked

The room has blown me away. There were 3 of us and we were placed in the apartments building next door. The apartment has blown me away- I was not expecting such comfort. We had 2 full bathrooms and fully furnished kitchen, one separate bedroom and a queen size bed in the common area, with curtains around it. We had 2 television sets and the beds were super comfortable. Upon arrival we got a bottle of wine, and coffee and tea was restocked daily for our use, included in the price. We also had breakfast included, which was beyond excellent. There were healthy and vegan choices and other. The location was perfect- it is right smack in the middle of the old part and literally minutes walking distance to every where—perfect. The STAFF and the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful- they kept our luggage in their storage after we checked out with out any issues. This was THE best stay. Strongly recommend it.
The lighting in the breakfast area was on the dark side. It would have been easier to see things with lighter set up. Also, it was a bit crowded and tight, to get to the food displayed at the tables. Also, there was only one type of juice available- at least one more type of juice would have been nice. An espresso/ coffee machine with variety of coffee types would have been nice as well.

Location and vibe, restaurant, tarts, and water in the lobby. The location and facilities. The rooftop bar was spectacular. We took our two young adult sons and our teen daughter and everyone had a magical time.

Disappointing
They gave us an apartment in the across the street building in the apartments part, we got 1 floor just above the restaurant with people singing past 12am, they only closed on Tuesday I complained as soon as they get me the keys and they said they dont have anything else, when I did reservation 7 months ago. Also when the ac wasn't working in scorching heat the older female receptionist ignored us and gave us attitude. I guess she didn't like that i didn't buy her overpriced tickets for bus.
NOISE,!!!!!! they gave us a room in apartment on building across the street over the restaurant which have singing every night except Tuesday. I saw the previous reviews complaining about same thing and as soon as they gave me the keys I asked for a quieter room and they said they dont have anything else when I made reservation 7 months in advance. When I'm checking out the male in front dest asked if everything was ok and I complained about noise. He acted like it was the first time in his life he heard about it. I guess they dont read the reviews. Or worst disrespect clients intelligence. Stay away from this place. For the price u can definitely find something better. One more thing I left the sign do not disturb on the door and someone entered the room to leave a donut with a note, very disrespectful and violated our privacy. They had my phone number they could call me if they needed anything.

Nos encantó esta opción. El Hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Tiene un excelente servicio y la habitación era muy amplia y tenía una gran vista a la ciudad. Las personas en la recepción fueron muy agradables. El desayuno tenía varias opciones y muy completo.
En general nos gustó todo, volveríamos de nuevo sin duda. Quizás al tener una habitación al fondo del piso el internet no era muy rápido.
