Wonderful
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Lisbon Rentals Real. We originally booked for one week and ended up extending for an additional week because we loved both the apartment and the location.
The apartment is perfectly located in Príncipe Real—central, walkable, and close to everything Lisbon has to offer. While the hills can be a bit challenging, public transportation (subway, bus, and tram) is very nearby, and there’s no need for a car. The neighborhood has an excellent mix of restaurants, cafés, and bars, yet the apartment itself is on a quiet street away from the noise of busy roads.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable. I work U.S. business hours while traveling and had plenty of room for a workspace, and the Wi-Fi easily handled frequent video calls. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was large and well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable.
We loved the high ceilings and beautiful wood trim—it’s clear the apartment was thoughtfully restored while preserving its original character. All lighting, heating, and electricity worked perfectly, and the control panel near the entrance made it easy to manage lighting and temperature throughout the apartment. The showers were spacious with plenty of hot water.
Access via the app worked well; it took a couple of tries to get used to, but it was easy once we did.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely stay here again when we return to Lisbon.
There is absolutely nothing I "didn't like." A few things to keep in mind...Principe Real is full of hills as is Lisbon. This street is no exception. We love walking and the challenge of Lisbon's hills. I can't imagine someone wanting to have a car when there is a lot of good public transportation. Street parking is paid and can be challenging. There are some lots two or three blocks away.

We all were impressed by the modernization that provides comfort combined with the beauty of the historic building structure. The beds, bedding and towels were all excellent quality and comfortable. It was a pleasure to prépare a snack/meal in the kitchen before or after a day of sightseeing. The two outdoor spaces are a treat. My husband and I walked home from the Augusta Gate & Commercial Square. It was a long uphill but only about 35 minutes. The host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to store luggage prior to our check in, ensuring the door lock technology worked and loaning an umbrella for the rain.

Beautiful and quiet apartment in a lovely neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway with friends. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and well supplied. Just down the hill from the apartment, you will find a lovely outdoor plaza with restaurants, co-working spaces, coffee shops, and bars. We LOVED the neighborhood, and our stay at Lisbon Rentals Real was absolutely perfect. We will definitely return again.

It was absolutely amazing! The space was huge and beautifully designed, and the terrace was simply stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having three bathrooms made our stay even more comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and private atmosphere. Plus, there were air conditioners in every room, which made the stay even more pleasant. The living room was also fantastic—perfect for gathering and spending time together. Overall, a fantastic experience!

It doesn't have parking, but there is one 200m away for €14 per day.

We walked in the apartment and we found it very clean, amazing 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom, very spacious and with an amazing outdoor space. We will come back!
