We visited with a group of 9 to run the Lisbon Marathon. We stayed in the 3 BR and two of the 1 BR apartments. The location is excellent, very central. The apartments are beautiful, well decorated, and with ample comfortable furniture for hanging out. The host was quick to respond to questions and had a nice basket of wine and food waiting for our arrival, which was a really nice touch.
I didn't realize (or notice) when I booked that one couple in our group would be in a separate building. It was right around two corners in a building behind ours (< 1 minute walk), so not an issue at all.

The location was great! Right in the heart of Ribeira Grande and very conveniently located to be able to walk to shops and restaurants and even the beach. The apartment was super cute and felt very safe behind the gated driveway. The hosts also provided everything we needed to make our own coffee in the mornings and even some local goodies to snack on.
The kitchen is very small and doing dishes was a little challenging with the limited space. A proper dish rack would have been nice! Also when they performed the turn down service (which was lovely), they turned off the AC units leaving us with a warm house to return to after a long day of exploring. But really this was only a minor inconvenience and not a big deal!

It was a large, clean, first-class apartment that was also quiet, which is very impressive given how centrally located it is, in the heart of everything. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, well equipped with quality furnishings, not the usual rental property standard. Our apartment was Citron, the one-bedroom, and the theme being carried out with dishes and furnishings was a nice touch, one of many aimed at comfort and quality. Highest recommendation.
Two things, both nitpicks: We like a VERY firm bed. The mattress will be to the liking of most people who use it, but it wasn't firm enough for our liking. The shower water pressure also could have been higher, even as we understand the realities of an older building.

Amazing location, spacious property, had everything we needed. Plus they gave us a very nice welcome basket of wine, cheese, and crackers when we first arrived and another one for NYE!

Loved our stay! Super convenient location, well maintained, modern apartment. Helpful map. Easy to use home automation system. Very responsive hosts.
There was some confusion at check in but the host was so responsive it was only a momentary set back.
We were surprised by housekeeping a couple times and would have tidied up in advance if we knew they were coming.

The apartment was absolutely beautifully decorated as it was pictured and it was very well equipped in the kitchen with dishes, coffee, etc. Nice toiletries were also supplied. The host was very responsive to our questions about getting access to the apartment, luggage storage and the high-tech central lighting controls.
Not a single thing that can be complained about.

The apartment was beautiful. The decor was very nice and of high quality. They provided a lot of amenities like coffee and tea and a great espresso machine with a variety of espresso kind. Very clean with comfortable beds. The location was great with a great pizza restaurant just a few feet up the street. The digital panel board was so nice and convenient for turning off and on the lights and checking the weather
I want one in my home now. It was a 10 out of 10. I can't wait to return. They also cleaned every 2 or 3 days. Nice unexpected bonus.

It was in an amazing location. It had an elevator to bring luggage up. It was cozy and the beds were comfortable. Master bedroom had an en suite bathroom. It had a washer that did most the drying also.
Two other bedrooms upstairs. One was very small, just enough to fit a queen bed. Bathroom to those was shared downstairs.

Excellent location in central Lisbon amongst restaurants and sights.
A little noise from the street below, mostly on Friday, but not unexpected. Note that the "dryer" mentioned in the facilities list is not a dryer an American might expect.

The location is close to many restaurants and was walkable to many parts of Lisbon.
The apartment is a weird layout. One bathroom is downstairs, and the other is upstairs, so one person has to go downstairs to shower and use the other bathroom. The bathroom light turned off once while I was taking a shower, so maybe it's on a timer? The elevator is so slow, and you have to keep your finger on the floor button to keep it moving. We stayed at three different apartments during our visit to Portugal, and this apartment was the most expensive, and in my opinion, it wasn't worth the price.

We never expected the level of comfort and sophistication that this apartment provided. It is centrally located in Lisbon in the Chiado district with easy access to transportation to all areas including Sintra. The bedroom was very comfortable and tasteful, the bathroom equipped with high end items. The kitchen and living room are huge and spotless. We were asked several times if there was anything we needed, but everything we needed was right there. It had everything you would need to cook a meal, or to just relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The thoughtful basket of goodies was much appreciated as we arrived later than expected. The building is secure, the elevator is a plus. Only two apartments on our floor and it was exceptionally quiet.
