Wonderful
Perfect location and spacious apartment. We arrived before check in time. They accommodated us, and let us check in early which was appreciated. The apartment is walkable to everything central. Highly recommend!

Excellent location in central Lisbon amongst restaurants and sights.
A little noise from the street below, mostly on Friday, but not unexpected. Note that the "dryer" mentioned in the facilities list is not a dryer an American might expect.

It was in an amazing location. It had an elevator to bring luggage up. It was cozy and the beds were comfortable. Master bedroom had an en suite bathroom. It had a washer that did most the drying also.
Two other bedrooms upstairs. One was very small, just enough to fit a queen bed. Bathroom to those was shared downstairs.

The location is close to many restaurants and was walkable to many parts of Lisbon.
The apartment is a weird layout. One bathroom is downstairs, and the other is upstairs, so one person has to go downstairs to shower and use the other bathroom. The bathroom light turned off once while I was taking a shower, so maybe it's on a timer? The elevator is so slow, and you have to keep your finger on the floor button to keep it moving. We stayed at three different apartments during our visit to Portugal, and this apartment was the most expensive, and in my opinion, it wasn't worth the price.

We never expected the level of comfort and sophistication that this apartment provided. It is centrally located in Lisbon in the Chiado district with easy access to transportation to all areas including Sintra. The bedroom was very comfortable and tasteful, the bathroom equipped with high end items. The kitchen and living room are huge and spotless. We were asked several times if there was anything we needed, but everything we needed was right there. It had everything you would need to cook a meal, or to just relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The thoughtful basket of goodies was much appreciated as we arrived later than expected. The building is secure, the elevator is a plus. Only two apartments on our floor and it was exceptionally quiet.

Superb property in a great location with very high end fixtures & amenities. Clean, quiet and as represented. The 3 units on Rua das Gaveas are on a pedestrian street.

We visited with a group of 9 to run the Lisbon Marathon. We stayed in the 3 BR and two of the 1 BR apartments. The location is excellent, very central. The apartments are beautiful, well decorated, and with ample comfortable furniture for hanging out. The host was quick to respond to questions and had a nice basket of wine and food waiting for our arrival, which was a really nice touch.
I didn't realize (or notice) when I booked that one couple in our group would be in a separate building. It was right around two corners in a building behind ours (< 1 minute walk), so not an issue at all.

Excellent location. Very nice and roomy. Kitchen nicely appointed with appliances. Welcome basket was a very appreciated surprise. We stayed 4 nights so towels were exchanged after 2, and that was a lovely bonus.
Check in was a little complicated because we were unfamiliar with the NUKI app. Other tenants also confused as we helped then access their unit. Once inside the building, one must go to their unit's door to access the NUKI feature. Standing in the lobby doesn't work.

Very clean and spacious. Easy to get access to the apartment. The digital access to control lights, temperature, etc was a very cool and unexpected aspect. Really liked that. Shower was spacious and water pressure was great!
Mattress could have been a little softer.

Beautiful apartment along a central street, allowing access to the city. We appreciated the owner welcoming us with a gift snack and wine basket, and contacting us to let us know of his accessability should we have problems. Also really appreciated that there was a washing/dryer for use. And the beauty amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) were appreciated.
The space would be better if there was more dishes, cutlery, and a few serving dishes. With only two of everything, we struggled to find enough dishes to put together cheese and crackers when our family stopped by to visit. There were MANY glasses of different types, but not tableware. I'm sure the automation of the lights/music/door is appreciated and it was conventient to turn off all the lights as we were leaving, it had some annoying quirks-such as turning on randomly (maybe by movement?) while we were sitting around.

Lovely apartment. Very clean and superbly decorated. Great location. The owners left a lovely basket of wine, cheese, jam & crackers that we so appreciated after our bus journey from the Algarve!
Although I had no problem with the Numi app for the door lock. I would have liked to have been informed of that upfront. I think a lot of people would too. The manual keys were difficult to get out of door.
