The location of the hotel is near the centre, connecting with restaurants, supermarkets and public transport.

3 out of 4 showers were out of order. How is that possible? Old elevator, two friends got stucked there and they didn't want to call the firefighters. Staff annoying. Never going back again. They also didn't return the deposit for 260 €, is the same as saying that they have stolen as 260 €. is that normal? We didn't break anything. WORST HOSTEL EVER!

Hostel is very well located, has everything that you need, beds have privacy, each one has 2 assigned lockers so you can leave your stuff, room was spacious, each bed has separate socket and light, there were enough covers, and the view from the window amazing. Breakfast was good, it's basic, but for a hostel to have a breakfast like this, it's an exception. There was hot water whenever I have showered, the hairdryer was not working on my floor, but I went downstairs and used the other one without any problems. The hostel stuff is amazing. From the moment I have entered I felt good and welcomed. I wish to mention the cleaning ladies, I have interacted with two of them and they were helpful and smiling, and they are doing a great job. For the reception stuff - I had a beautiful moment with Maria and Lucas - he took a guitar, was playing some chords, and Maria and I, we were singing the invented song. Thank you, that's what life is all about. Everyone else was equally helpful and kind. I didn't use the common areas a lot, but they are nice, terrace gives you views to the river and it's nice when it's sunny ☀️ They have stored my luggage free of charge the day when I arrived early and the day I was leaving until just now when I'm leaving. Thank you everyone for your kindness, help and keep doing the good work.

nice superfriendly staff, they even advised about the summer time change and gave me a wakeup notice so I wouldn't miss my flight! Central location, quiet but close to party street and seafront area. Restaurants & public transport nearby.

Location, the terrace and the common area is nice
some of the staff were helpful but not all (sorry). my room smelled so bad the whole time even there was only 2-3 people. the heating was on the whole night and people were suffocating with closed windows, bathroom and shower room is not so clean and have very less light, water is not hot but just midly warm. when I asked for changing the room the staff suggested to downgrade my room.... which I refused.

I liked the beautiful common spaces and the fact that breakfast was included in the prize. The breakfast is simple for sure, but I wouldn’t expect more from staying at a hostel - in my opinion it was a big plus! I liked that there were women only sleeping dorms considering it was my first time solo travelling and my room had everything I needed - space to lock in my stuff, bed curtains and the possibility to charge my phone in the bed. The location of the hostel is really nice too!
Reading the negative reviews before my visit about unfriendly staff, no warm water in the showers, and bed bugs in September - I can confirm that the only thing I experienced was that there was no warm water in the showers and thus it was extremely cold to take a shower. Especially visiting in February.
Overall the place is a bit rough around the edges but the most important things such as bed linen and toilet looked clean to me - definitely not the place for the neatest ones though. I was worrying a bit about bed bugs but I experienced no such thing.
Yes the staircase make a lot of noise but earplugs help!
The staff was nice but could have made even more of an effort to engage with the guests.

The rooftop had amazing views especially on NYE with fireworks! It was a good location. The community areas and bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very communicative when we left behind an item.
Private bathroom was very small with a blowdryer that hardly functioned.
