It was inexpensive. And the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The dark halls make it a bit scary.

Disappointing
I’m usually a very deep sleeper, but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise from the street and inside the accommodation. Every time someone entered the building, the phone rang.

The outdoor patio is really beautiful and relaxing. Our floor had a nice, communal kitchen. Laundry service is available (though the staff let use the washing machine and line dry some items). They offer luggage storage too, which we used the the first day since we arrived early.
Lots of street noise (many of the rooms face the street and the windows seem older). You hear the rumbling of cars over the cobbled road. There's also a busy restaurant on the ground floor, which impacts the second floor. A bit far from a subway stop (though rightt on a bus line).

The location was great. My room was comfortable and if you didn’t want to go far go eat, there’s a popular restaurant right next door serving delicious food.

Wonderful
really friendly and helpful staff with late-night check in, twin room with enough space to put our luggages. Quiet and safe district (though you need to climb a bit from the nearest metro station), bus stop right at the door with direct bus to the city centre or you can just walk there. there are also supermarkets nearby and a small kitchen/luggage room. Nice and clean shared bathrooms.

Let’s have a super friendly the room I stayed in was super cute as very quiet I found compared to other hotels a really beautiful courtyard. And a nice kitchen and laundry.
I think everything was great. It was nice and quiet. I don’t have any complaints about the property.

Wonderful
Along with the room being comfortable, the patio was a great place to hangout in the morning with a coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. Walking distance to all activities was very doable as well.
The shower heads were not stable and it was difficult to take a shower without making a mess.

The location was great, ten minutes walk to Metro, an than just two stops before you get in to the heart of Lisbon- Rossio square.
There was little noisily during nights from the reception.

Clean, comfortable and cozy place to stay while exploring Lisbon. Helpful staff. Nice garden and common areas, great guest kitchen.
The restaurant/bar downstairs was a bit noicy one of the nights.
