The night manager, Carlos, was ABSOLUTELY amazing. He took such good care of us. The room was bigger than expected and everything was very comfortable, even providing us with robes to make us feel comfortable with going to and from the bathroom. There are several bathrooms for each floor, so I never had an issue where I needed to use one and it wasn't available. The bathrooms were very clean and everything was well thought out. They had more amenities than we even realized, like the ability to make us coffee in the morning. We really loved our stay.
We didn't get housekeeping service in our room the whole time we were there, so no clean sheets (which wasn't a huge deal, but would have been nice to have them changed once), and dishes started stacking up a bit.

Guest House is nicely decorated. Kitchen makes you feel at home, bathroom is clean. Room had all I needed and was clean. Bed is comfortable.
Guys at the reception are relaxed and cleaning lady was helpful. This place is worth staying in, it has its charm.
TV was not in a mood to start, just like I wasn't in a mood to walk back to the location. Now, TV is a problem while location isn't. It is located relatively close to both, metro station and main square. But, if you walked half a day on "Portuguese" sun, through hilly Lisboa, you will have to go uphill to the Guest House. Such is Lisboa, I guess.

This is the best hotel I lived during my 15-days travel. Of course, you cannot compare it with other expensive hotels, but considering its price, it is really good: quite, comfortable bed items and clean room. What impressed me most is the elder manager during the night. He is very enthusiastic, warm, helpful and patient. I just randomly asked him whether there were taxis in the early morning, he remembered my leaving time and reminded me get up in the morning. I was so impressed actually, I didnt ask him to do this, but he always thought about our customers. I appreciated him sincerely when I left. It made me feel very warm in such a busy morning.

I very much liked the customer service at the hotel. I arrived in Lisbon early in the morning. I was able to store my suitcase in the property before official check-in time. This allowed me to explore the city right away and come back later in the evening to check in.

Excellent and lovely place to stay, beautiful rooms, very, very lovely, kind and helpful service, central, and a safe place to say. The rooftop garden is just awesome!For young people especially recommended, as there is a restaurant belove the hotel, but there were lovely, laughing and kind people joyning the restaurant, so there was no disturbance at all. We are very thankful to all of You guys, as you made our Lisbon stay such wonderful!

Nice not boring design, all rooms are decorated differently, but in the same style. Perfect cleanliness! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, even fresh morning coffee)
