Location was excellent. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable but too small for my husband I liked the small fridge. The bottled water and chocolates every day was a nice touch.
The room was too small for us but not your fault you advertised it correctly. My husband just didnt fit at 6’2. The bed was too small

Position was perfect, close to tourist spots and public transport. Room was small but answered all our needs. Coffee,tea, small fridge provided with emphasis on the small details. Room was cleaned daily. All our questions were answered immediately.

The inn was very cute and different. The rooms were quirky but very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.
The stairs going up to the entry were a little difficult with heavy luggage.

I think there could be some editing with the furniture. Some pieces are inappropriate in scale and some are not needed at all for such a small space.

The apartments were very quiet, clean, and spacious, with everything you need in excellent condition. The location was perfect — right in the center, yet still peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to rest without being disturbed by noise. The staff were very helpful and even gave me great recommendations for my trip, from where to have breakfast to the best places to visit.
Something to take into account: there are stairs, and it can be a bit challenging to get to the second floor with suitcases. But even then, the staff helped me and carried the bags herself.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent bathroom, great location near lots of great restaurants. The staff will provide you with great recommendations on restaurants, bakeries, shopping, and sightseeing. We've stay in Lisbon before and this was by far the quietest place we've stayed. I've included two photos of the hotel entrance to help you find it.
It can be a bit confusing finding the entrance and gaining access to the hotel part of the building. From where the taxi or Uber drops you off, proceed on the pedestrian street on the driver's side. The entrance is on your left. It's a green wooden double door with a black awning above with pink lettering that reads, "APA, Azerado Perdigao." There is also a large black mat in front of the door with the same lettering. There is also a sign on the right side of the door with the same name. On the right side of the door frame are a bunch of buzzers. I couldn't figure which was the one for the hotel but fortunately somebody came out and I was able to get in. There are two flights of broad stairs to get to the hotel. Press the buzzer there and someone will quickly greet you. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They'll provide you with your room key which has a fob that opens the door downstairs and the entrance to the hotel. This is not really a negative but just to help you get oriented.

The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Vanda offered us a bunch of local recommendations and would check in with us to see how we were doing (especially since I was on crutches at the time of my stay). The air conditioning in the room is quick and effective and was a huge help on the super hot day we were there for. The room itself was larger than I expected and very clean and comfortable! Above all, the location is perfect. When you step out of the main door, there’s a good restaurant right in front of you and a ton more along the street. Everything in that area is flat and accessible, and you can’t hear any street noise from the rooms! Could not recommend more.

Location, Location, Location! This is on a pedestrian street right in the center of Lisboa, just a few blocks away from the main pedestrian areas. You can find restaurants, cafes, transportation, everything within walking distance. The rooms are small but extremely well thought (very efficient use of space). Lots of places to put your clothes, luggage, and hooks to hang things (even a towel warmer). Both the window and the door are double-double (double doors, each with double glass) so you can't hear any noise in the room. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

The location was great , you could literally walk to many different areas of town
The AC control was non functional so every few minutes the AC would blast no matter how high you would set the temperature of the room . So after sneezing all night , I completely tuned the unit off but then the room smelled like sewage pipes so I had to leave the window open which was adjacent to the big bldg fan / ventilation system so I had a loud buzzing noise all night ?

Our hostess, Vanda, was wonderful in providing information on how to get there and places to see and eat. Location can't be beat! It's in the historic downtown: walking distance to the port, Castelo de São Jorge, shopping, restaurants/coffee shops, and many plazas. The staff were lovely. The room is very quiet from street noice.
Only noise came from the water pressure pump when using water in your bathroom in this beautiful historic building. It was not a problem for us.
