Great apartment. Close to restaurants. We walked to the castle and it was 25-30 minutes. It has parking available under the apartment.
Not easy to park, only small car can go down.

Great location, apartment is specious although pretty simple and basic in style. But very clean and comfortable for group of 7. Wonderful host !!! Thank you Paulo! Parking sport, very handy in big city.
We have problem with AC in 2 rooms do at times was very hot. Unfortunately they didn’t get fix during our stay.

Strategic location - close to supermarkets and metro. Very nice and comfy apartments. The two bathrooms make it convinient with 6 people in it. Small bonus thing like Rituals body wash is such a nice touch.
There was a bit of problem with one of the ACs as it was leaking but didn’t bother us that much. We eventually used the AC in the living room which was cold enough. The sink in the big bathroom has a shape that makes surrounding wet, which ultimately makes the bathroom very wet overall. They have all the necessities like pans, glasses and plates which we appreciate. However, the pan is a non-sticky one which makes it a hassle during cleaning.

Description indicated 4 showers and there were only 3. Lounge area didn’t match the photos. First night noise from guests in apartment upstairs around 4am was extensive and disruptive. Next night was quiet.

Very clean, spacious and new. Everything was in good working order. The apartment has been renovated recently which was nice. The area is busy but the apartment was quiet so we had no trouble sleeping. We really enjoyed the large picture window in the dining room with the abundant sunshine streaming in. Paolo welcomed us, showed us around the apartment and gave great suggestions on restaurants in the area. We really appreciated the welcome bottle of Portuguese wine! Would definitely stay here again.
It would have been nice to have a few condiments in the kitchen like olive oil and salt and pepper. But there was a grocery store around the corner so it wasn’t a big deal.

Super clean/comfortable and well set up. Slightly out of the centre but very easy to get to and metro is 7 minutes walk away. Nice park is close by. Aircon works really well. Manifest cafe nearby is great

Brilliant value for large groups to use a base to explore the city, all you would need for a short city break

pretty good location with bus/metro relatively close, and nice walk down a main avenue to the center. responsive host has pickup service. well managed apartment in a managed building.
walls are VERY thin. depending on neighbors, this could get messy. i could hear them playing cards...
bathroom next to living room is actually much nicer than parents' bathroom which is tiny. but this is minor imo.

The apartment is clean, available parking lot, the kitchen is full of all equipments, presence of sofa bed, the is very helpful
I would prefer for the master bedroom to have one queen mattress instead of 2 single mattresses. I asked for extra 30 minutes for check out but has been rejected
