The property was clean, easy to find, centric, well maintained and chic! The staff was very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! Joao welcomed us and got us checked in. He made sure we were comfortable and welcomed after a long day of travel! Throughout our stay staff was available and friendly. Yunuen and Diana were friendly and made sure to answer our questions and let us borrow a travel adapter when we misplaced ours.

I am so impressed with the staff at this hostel. They made my trip so special. I have stayed here on three different occasions, during my month-long trip around Portugal. I keep coming back because as a solo traveler, it feels safe, comfortable and comforting when staff greets me upon arrival and extend such graciousness. I especially want to recognize Juao and Sarah for their exceptional hospitalty. Both are excellent communicators and went above and beyond in helping me with some travel ticket logistics. The women cleaning the building need to be acknowledged too. They greeted me with a smile and cheerfullness, each day. They work hard to keep facility ready for us travelers. Thank you all!

Location was perfect you can go and see every attraction nearby within walking distance or you can take buses easily good value for money
Upper bad was terrible bc i've almost slipped down and if you have sleep in roommate until late it would be worse you won't be able to see to get down by stairs from upper to floor

Most everything is good as expected. The location is super convenient for exploring Lisbon and Sintra. The Staff is very friendly especially João, who is also able to accurately whistle any song.
The bar is generally working during the morning. One more toilet seat for men would be good, probably for women too, haven't asked. And lastly, the entrance door is a bit over sophisticated.

Love the friendly, helpful staff. Shout our especially to Juaou and Sarah who went above and beyond to help me with bus schedules, dining out choices, conversation and kindness. Much appreciated as a 66 year old, solo traveler!

Hostel staff was very helpful. They remembered my name and always greeted me kindly. Juaou and Sarah were particularly wonderful. The worked to get me into a room with lower bunk and gave a lot of advice about things to do/places to eat and were just super hosts! All staff that I interacted with seemed happy to be working on the team. I appreciated aĺl their sincere gestures. I came back for a second stay because it was such a comfortable environment. Was traveling solo and felt safe, in hostel.

Great location and very nice decor. My private room also has good sound proofing and love the balcony too. Free breakfast is also a bonus.
The bathroom upstairs is a bit small and should clean more often. The private room is a bit pricey.

Location was great. Located right in the Rossio train station where you can walk out and take the train to Sintra. Staff was nice and helpful. Shout out to Joao and Sara who were especially helpful and made me feel comfortable during my stay. They gave me directions and also helped with laundry and answered all my questions
They ran out of soap at some of the bathroom and some of the air dryers didn’t work

The star of Lisbon Destination is the staff. The gentleman who checked me in was absolutely phenomenal. He greeted everyone by name and seemed genuinely interested in everyone's comfort! Also, the location cannot be beat.
Towels aren't provided which is fine. However, I would have much preferred to pay a deposit than purchasing one from the Hostel.

The location is on the 2d floor of Rossio station(metro Restauradores)So in the centre. It is a very spacious and welcoming hostel with lots of stuff happening.The room is also spacious and the shower has a sauna stand which was lovely.It is definitely a good place to stay in the colder months of the year....
The mattress was not so nice( I could feel the iron) ; not enough space to put your stuff; the shower was first cold, warm, cold warm..but finally warm; no waste baskets near the showers; The cooking kitchen is a bit small for everybody...
There is no airconditioning in the rooms( or I didnt see it..)and the air gets thick because the window needs to stay closed because of the noise from the cars.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, helping us whenever we needed it. Our flight was delayed an entire day and they arranged for us to stay in our room and arranged for an early breakfast. Pedro and Joao both went above and beyond.
Shower allowed a bit of water to escape onto the floor, needs to be addressed to prevent further water damage.

Inside the main train station (no issue with the noise at all. It wasn't disturbing)
