The hostel is very centrally located and very cool. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The room had two air conditioners that didn't really work and were very noisy. The temperature in the room was very warm. The bed was very hard, there was hardly any storage space, and the toilets were broken.

The location was central and not noisy despite being in the train station. The facilities were clean, air-conditioned and bed was comfortable. There were light blocking curtains and a light for the bed that allowed some privacy for me to read before going to sleep. The other guests were considerate when coming, going and sharing the bathroom. There was a locker for each guest to secure belongings. Staff was friendly and helpful
Some hooks at the bedside for hanging clothes were broken. The hooks for the privacy curtains were plastic and some were missing. I didn’t realize that there were not blankets or that I needed to bring a lock for locker. The did sell small locks

Awesome location, the staff are amazing, mainly Pedro and Allison they are so friendly and helpful:) I really like the hostel itself , good common area
The room is big messy and bathroom is pretty small u can barely take a shower, the beds are pretty close one from each so it’s noisy cause most of the others guest didnt respect ground rules

This was my first ever hostel stay and I was a bit nervous but for no reason here. I stayed in the women's only room and had zero problems. The hostel is in the train station with a metro across the road, very easy to access everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the main atrium with all the plants made hanging around in the general spaces feel really cozy and inviting. I did two walking tours that they offer for free and had a blast learning the cities history. The kitchen is clean and easy to use and everyone, for the most part, was respectful and quiet at night.
there was a couple bugs around on the ground and you can hear the train announcements at night a bit :/

Hi! The location, the bed and the staff were amazing!
I have to say that it was very uncomfortable to shower in the cabins, especially because the doors don’t close properly. If you can, book a room with a bathroom.

Loved the location for sure! I walked everywhere and enjoyed ever second! Loved the free water station available all day long. Kitchen and facilities made it easy to cook your on meal and the refrigerator space was enough for all guests. I loved the bathroom set up to where showers, toilets and sinks all separate. If something was not working they were quick to fix.
Everything was fantastic only issue I had was the common area could use more air movement- many add some big fans on ceiling.
