It was my first experience in a hostel and I felt comfortable in a familiar and relaxed environment . I recommend Lisbon Chillout Hostel at 100%.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They were extremely accompdading and welcoming. One of the girls stood with us for probably an hour and really helped us have the best possible day in Lisbon
I hate to complain, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hostel. The showers didn't seem like they get cleaned often and the kitchen upstairs definitely needs a lot of work

The hostel is located really close to the Center, also good facilities and great staff. There is chill vibe and we really liked the terrace. :)

Beds with light and sack to keep small stuff. Bedlinnen was clean and good.
The hostel is pretty run down and needs a major upgrade. Toilets and showers are far below standards. Claustrophobic small and run down. The cleaners had a very hard time to keep it reasonably clean. Not their fault. Kitchen is pretty useless and common place very uninviting.

Wonderful
I like the locking system. I like that I had a view to the street. And I was able to use wi-fi and electricity for free. The staff was very amazing. They work 24/7.
I didn't like the bathrooms. It felt like I won't have the privacy that I need. And I am excited to see the bottom floor repaired. It would be amazing. I can't imagine staying for longer than 3 days.

Disappointing
Average location, low cost, friendly staff, decent beds. Lockers provided.
The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly, had a bad smell and hot water was a rare.
