Good central location despite the hills. Also a lovely courtyard area and the staff was very nice and helpful when we checked in early.
The double bed room was 2 singles pushed together which does not make for a good sleep at all. 3rd floor bathrooms under renovation so only the toilets worked and the bathrooms are tiny. Any tall person over 5'6 it will be a tight squeeze.

I liked that the room was clean. Comfortable beds. The shared toilet, kitchen and other common things were also clean and in good condition. Good location.
The water barely flowed in the showers, so it was difficult to wash, but we did it. It was also very noisy at night, so we couldn't sleep for a long time because the guests were drinking and shouting in the corridor. And another one of them got sick and he/she vomited everything in the corridor and toilet. There was a very unpleasant smell. I think that if the hostel had stricter rules regarding the stay, then the impressions after the overnight stay would also be better

Price was low. If you want to stay for a night good option.
It was very loud in the hall. Bathroom is very small and there was only was toilet on the floor. The room with two separate beds was already occupied and they gave me the room with a bunk-bed.

Disappointing
Ok room, nice staff and close to the city center
Bathroom facilities need an upgrade, shower doesn't close well with the curtain, sink is loose, water tap splashes around, ...
Small side note: there is no car parking as advertised here.

Wish I could say more but the sleep made the whole experience stressful and tiring
I arranged late check in for 2am, the guy didn't answer the door until almost 3am.
The staff or and a few of the people were extremely loud between 6:30am and 9am,
I had the most awful sleep and it completely ruined my day

The location was really good-about 15 minute walk to primary downtown area where you can catch trolley to visit Alfama or Chiado
Window in room had broken window pane with pieces of glass that I cleaned up Shades over windows had broken cords so could be raised or lowered. Men's bathroom on second floor was flooded and shorted out becoming unuseable
