The staff were very attentive and kind. I loved the coffee machine and the breakfast was perfect!
The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close all the other so there was no privacy. The curtain by the door to block the light was a little bothersome.

The room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. But the staff were what made my stay the best, they were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The Place was great, the staff was super nice. Breakfast was amazing not the typical buffet. All food was fresh every morning with a good variety.
The detail of give us cookies on a personalized little tray and a hand written thanking note the last night of our stay was so nice.
I really loved this place.
All was good to me.

Very Good
Very unique property lots of architectural detail. Half expected the Ghostbusters to come busting through the door. Staff are fabulous very accommodating great location.
tTere were so many doors with codes to get in they all look the same. I have to say I was marginally concerned if there was some kind of emergency how easy it would be get to get out.

Wonderful
The staff was extremely nice helpful, and was pleased to help us navigate area Lisbon Portugal . The breakfast was very nice, and we werev allowed o store our luggage there prior to our room being ready. Thus we had to completely check out our first room, and move to one on the second floor. The second room has glass shower in the same room as the bed.
Hmmm, there was no bathroom door in our first room, and. We stayed an extra night, so we had to comphe shower shared same space as the bed with glass shower doors.

This is a restored suites hotel, with lots of charm. Beautifully decorated. Their was a personal code to enter the hotel and our room which also allowed us to feel secure. There was a small 3 person elevator, which was nice, not to have to haul luggage upstairs. There is staff available onsite nearly 24 hrs a day.
The staff spoke English, very well, which made communication easy. I struggled with train reservations, and he graciously helped me with station location closest to our destination.
The included full breakfast was delicious with hot eggs, ham, fresh fruit, juices, oatmeal, coffee and pastries, yum! Breakfast was either inside or on the patio, which was lovely.
Our room was on floor 2, so we had 2 large windows that opened to view the neighborhood goings on. Locals walking their dogs, pedestrian on their way. That made you feel like you are living like a local with nice amenities.
The large room was beautifully decorated, with an adjoining room with a large desk and luggage storage area. The king bed was SO VERY comfy. Crisp linens, comfortable pillows. And our room was cleaned daily.
There was a hanging area for jackets, and then the bathroom area. It was similar to a small apartment with a small fridge for drinks or leftovers. I particularly liked the spaciousness of the apartment. It was WONDERFUL.
There are many restaurants within walking distance, we felt very safe to walk in the area after dark. Just look out for cars and scooters, Portugal tourist area has so many cars!!
The staff was GREAT!!!
The chair in the suite was very low to sit in comfortably. It would be nice to have a small safe in the room.
Those are the only things that could be improved for our entire stay.

Wonderful
This hotel is wonderful. The location is around 20 mins walking distance from main attractions. The breakfast setting is beautiful and the food was plenty. The staff was the most wonderful and respectful. They answered all my questions and they give you a city map with key points. The room was very spacious and it had a balcony with a couple of chairs to seat.
There are great restaurants nearby but my favorite was the Time Out market (15 mins away).
Check out was supper easy and they provided me with BF to go as I left earlier.
More bright lights in the bathroom.

Wonderful
Excellent location with very kind and helpful staff who offered us cheese and wine upon arrival. Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfy. A good selection of food at breakfast too. We'd highly recommend staying here!
We were a bit disappointed that not all the deluxe suites had a balcony with chairs and a table (ours didn't), as we would have liked to sit out and enjoy the view. I don't think the pictures made it very clear but it didn't hinder our stay at all!

Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, unlimited coffee, complimentary airport transfer, big doors onto the balcony. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Close promity to train station and Time Out Market. On a quiet street. Overall very nice and comfortable. Would return.
None of the following impacted negatively to my stay but thought i would mention it. The entry area to the hotel is a bit dingy. This could be made more welcoming to give a better first impression. The dim lighting in the reception/ kitchen area with the constant switching on and off of the lights also did not give a very good first impression. Consider having the lights in the busy areas remain on during busy periods. There was a line up for check in all at 3pm. Consider checking in people as they arrive and storing the bags if rooms not ready. All really minor and easy to improve.

Upon arrival wine and cheese was offered which was a nice surprise. Outdoor seating was nicely landscaped.
Our room was clean and spacious, breakfast spread was more than expected.
Liked that transport was included to the airport and a small breakfast bag was left for us since we left early morning.
Code to enter every door didnt work very well, very frustrating.
AC was very noisy.
No coffee or black tea in the room. Also, no breakfast tea offered with breakfast. More coffee machines needed downstairs to avoid long lines during breakfast dining.

Wonderful
Security and code system for coming and going provided assurance of safety. Great and efficient. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The breakfast options were superb and the food delicious. Loved the local foods.
Maneuvering at breakfast in the morning with many guests required patience. Two eating rooms are filled with tables - a bit of an obstacle course, but nothing serious.
