Very clean and spacious. Nice balcony where you could sit with a cup of tea. Spacious and comfortable. Excellente body and hair products. I loved the design of room, cozy and modern. Safe and calme. Good food and cozy kitchen. The location was good. Centrally located. I really enjoyed the warm atmosphere of guesthouse. If any opportunity, I would y return.

The Place was great, the staff was super nice. Breakfast was amazing not the typical buffet. All food was fresh every morning with a good variety.
The detail of give us cookies on a personalized little tray and a hand written thanking note the last night of our stay was so nice.
I really loved this place.

Very clean and spacious room, the kitchen has has everything that you possibly need. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, fresh and high quality food, coffee was good too. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had some difficulties going on in life and they did their best to help.
The shower was leaking and spreading the water all over the bathroom floor, but it didn't bother too much, we just used more towels.

Bathroom was not convenient in room number 5. Curtains was small and not very well fitted due to which water would come out every shower. Also the bathroom door was not easy to close.

The room in the first floor, the toilet and sink separated from the shower, which though bigger doesn't have a light on top of it
I think they need a better organized breakfast. It's separated into three big rooms with long tables for people to sit. Families, couples and individuals tend to sit on the last seats on each side ot the table. Most of the food is located on an small space in an L form where only three people can move at the same time. This space also contains sugars, jams, hot water, teas and juice that most of the time was watery. The coffee machine, located in a separate little room where the kitchen is, It wasn't working most of the time of my second stay, delivering only espresso and american coffee. For sugar you have to go back to the small L room. The hot milk you have to serve yourself was on top of the coffee machine. the menu consisted of two kinds of fruit, mostly apples and another like cut pineapple, slices of kiwis, cut oranges or tangerines, boiled eggs, tomato slices, three kinds of cheese in small slices, three kinds of ham, 2 types of bread, one square one and another cut into small pieces, granola, cereal and dry fruit. Most days if you go early you can try a dish of sauted vegetables and mushrooms, very tasty, though usually cold.

The staff were very attentive and kind. I loved the coffee machine and the breakfast was perfect!
The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close all the other so there was no privacy. The curtain by the door to block the light was a little bothersome.

Very unique property lots of architectural detail. Half expected the Ghostbusters to come busting through the door. Staff are fabulous very accommodating great location.
tTere were so many doors with codes to get in they all look the same. I have to say I was marginally concerned if there was some kind of emergency how easy it would be get to get out.

The staff was extremely nice helpful, and was pleased to help us navigate area Lisbon Portugal . The breakfast was very nice, and we werev allowed o store our luggage there prior to our room being ready. Thus we had to completely check out our first room, and move to one on the second floor. The second room has glass shower in the same room as the bed.
Hmmm, there was no bathroom door in our first room, and. We stayed an extra night, so we had to comphe shower shared same space as the bed with glass shower doors.

This is a restored suites hotel, with lots of charm. Beautifully decorated. Their was a personal code to enter the hotel and our room which also allowed us to feel secure. There was a small 3 person elevator, which was nice, not to have to haul luggage upstairs. There is staff available onsite nearly 24 hrs a day.
The staff spoke English, very well, which made communication easy. I struggled with train reservations, and he graciously helped me with station location closest to our destination.
The included full breakfast was delicious with hot eggs, ham, fresh fruit, juices, oatmeal, coffee and pastries, yum! Breakfast was either inside or on the patio, which was lovely.
Our room was on floor 2, so we had 2 large windows that opened to view the neighborhood goings on. Locals walking their dogs, pedestrian on their way. That made you feel like you are living like a local with nice amenities.
The large room was beautifully decorated, with an adjoining room with a large desk and luggage storage area. The king bed was SO VERY comfy. Crisp linens, comfortable pillows. And our room was cleaned daily.
There was a hanging area for jackets, and then the bathroom area. It was similar to a small apartment with a small fridge for drinks or leftovers. I particularly liked the spaciousness of the apartment. It was WONDERFUL.
There are many restaurants within walking distance, we felt very safe to walk in the area after dark. Just look out for cars and scooters, Portugal tourist area has so many cars!!
The staff was GREAT!!!
The chair in the suite was very low to sit in comfortably. It would be nice to have a small safe in the room.
Those are the only things that could be improved for our entire stay.
