Good communication. Efficient staff. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
Our check out time was 11am Sunday morning. We were about to leave when we heard a knock at 11:03am. The cleaner. Everyone was polite - possible language barrier as suddenly manager was outside our door. We felt very rushed out the door. I felt the situation wasn’t handled with professional ease - given it’s was a Sunday morning a couple of minutes past check out time. We were ready to leave. All we had do was get something from the bedroom and put on our coats. TINY detail but noticed and felt. Otherwise. Excellent stay.
Finding groceries if arriving late is a little tricky but manageable.

Location was awesome. The hosts were very nice, accommodating and kept the whole place clean. Comfortable place, well maintained, looks nice inside. Wifi was excellent too.
The AC controls could have been better - it turned off by itself (not the cold air, the whole thing) and if I set it to auto, it could make it very cold instead of stopping. Maybe its a translation problem between english and its instructions in protuguese.

This was a truly great apartment with an unusual layout as there was a center void which meant that a great deal of light could come through even though the windows opened up to a small alley. The kitchen had everything you need, the shower was large, and the living space was also large. We needed to work there and the table was big enough for two laptop set ups. I loved the mechanical blinds!
The arm chair in the living area could have been a bit more comfortable, but the throw pillows helped.

Excellent location and customer service from the hosts. This was our first visit to Lisbon and we enjoyed it very much.
The kitchen could have used a few items: microwave, cooktop instructions, plastic kitchen tools so teflon pans don't get scratched. Also, a lamp next to the sofa for reading.

was a home away from home, very clean and felt very comfortable during our short stay here. the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and some very nice reccommendation for food, and just nice conversation about their culture.
i suppose i would have liked directions sent to me of how i could get from the airport, to the train and then the walk which wasn't easy by foot....we managed:)

Perfect location, modern, well stocked kitchen and all the amenities for a perfect vacation. Quick and easy check in with pleasant concierge and recommendations for sight seeing & transaction. Walking distance to the cruise port, restaurants, main downtown, bus stop, metro station, etc.

We liked that we had two separate sleeping areas. We loved that they left us coffee and water. There was someone who came in who took care of the room. the people at the desk were very helpful and went out of their way to help us.

The apartment was very clean, great location and the staff stocked up coffee and other supplies daily. The location was amazing.
The washer was not in the apartment. However you could pay to get your laundry done in the building. It was quite convenient.
