It was two of us and we stayed in the top floor - so we didn't experience the noise from the street in the other room and we didn't have noisy neighbours. The apartment is clean and has everything you need, but the kitchen is quite small and there is no washing machine, just washing service. The bathroom is tiny and there is nowhere to comfortably put your things i the bedroom. But overall the apartment is modern, stylish, sunny and in a perfect location.
The oven was impossible to use, the stove broke down, but was fixed the same day.

A warm welcome to a very lovely apartment located in a beautiful old district and walking distance of some major attractions and shopping street. The local restaurants were very good and the small cafe right next door had good and reasonably priced food and a local supermarket just 50m along the street.

Wonderful location at the bottom of Alfama district. The concierge was waiting for us, explained everything and suggested a couple of restaurants for dinner. The apartment was decorated minimalistically with lots of white elements. Perfectly equipped kitchen (which we only used for breakfast because there were numerous excellent restaurants close-by). Comfortable firm bed (for people with back issues).
Only a minor detail (hence 9 points, not 10): The vinyl floor in the kitchen area had been damaged by water/flooding and the individual vinyl boards were warped and sticking up at the corners. We stubbed our toes a few times. The concierge assured us that this would be fixed soon.

The host was friendly and helpful before the stay and during the stay. The apts. are nice, clean and very convenient. If you enjoy music, its really close to a lot of Fado houses! I think these apts are a rare find to have an elevator as well.
The restaurants right outside are a bit touristy and more pricey for what you get, however if you walk a couple blocks into the Alfama neighborhoods, you will find much better and authentic food. I have nothing negative about the apt. it was great!

Very clean. They refill the filtered water jug daily which is a nice touch. A short walk to many restaurants. An easy location to grab a Bolt/Uber if headed to another area of the city, but I would recommend walking because you can enjoy the ancient streets and alleyways.

Entrance to building and room was keyless; we entered the the same code for both on a keypad. The hosts were very helpful, suggesting restaurants, walking routes, etc. No laundry facilities, but they washed our clothes for no charge, which was fabulous! The location is nice within the Alfama--though since it's at the bottom, everywhere is up, up, up! Parking at the Cruise Terminal is a few blocks away, not bad at all. Oh, and great to have an elevator to get us to the 4th floor room!
Nothing major! The bed could be comfier, and there should be more lights in the bathroom. Another mirror, outside the bathroom, would be nice as well.

We arrived during opening hours (9am to 8pm) so keys were an easy pickup. The whole place had been fully renovated, including the lift(nice and large for our three pieces of luggage). Room was bright and comfortable. About a 5 minute walk to the Rossio area - very central for us (no hills to navigate). Great Fado venue 400m up the road.
There was not much room to hang clothing for three people (one small cupboard 1m x 1m).

Right in the heart of Alfama district. Close to Santa Apolonia station and buses. Walking distance to cathedral and castle (uphill!). Famous Tram 28 not far. Apartment clean and comfortable and modern. Linen changed every couple of days and general tidy up by housekeeping every day. No washing machine but theyll do you laundry for free which is a lovely touch. Coffee pods and tea complimentary. Shampoo/shower gel and body lotion complimentary. Dishwashing tablets and detergent provided. Receptionist until 8pm. They will book restaurants or cabs for you and friendly attitude.
Nothing to fault. A minor issue with power which was quickly resolved.

Clean, central, easy access
Noisy guests in the apartment above. Very noisy and you could hear them. Needed to completely close all window and turn the shutters down to block out the screaming child.
