The location is perfect, very close to the city center. Breakfast was satisfying, staff was helpful. Rooms are big and clean. They arranged two rooms for us as a family with one entrance. No disturbing noise around
We stayed on the 5th floor, the attic. The ceilings were inclined, we bumped our heads a few times. Be careful if you stay on the fifth floor.

The hotel is exceptional — everything feels so clean, new, and beautifully designed. I really love the decoration and the overall ambiance. It’s also perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon, making it easy to explore most of the city’s main attractions on foot. The surrounding area is very friendly, with plenty of local shops and supermarkets, which makes it especially convenient for tourists.
The only downside was communication with the staff. They are extremely kind and helpful, but sometimes the information you get over the phone doesn’t match what you hear at the reception. For example, I once requested a taxi by phone, but when I went down to the front desk, it hadn’t been arranged. Another time, I was told there would be a lunch buffet, but when I arrived at the restaurant, there wasn’t one. So, communication could be improved — but overall, the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness make up for it.

I didn't expect to like this hotel this much. I think the pictures don't so it enough justice.
Foe the pirce point I paid, everything was just on point. The location was key. The staff was amazing. The room was so clean and comfortable. I got upgraded to a suite for free. Clean bathrooms are a determining factor for me, and this hotel passed with flying colors. They didn't just have couple of bottles of water, they had a whole water system in that room. The view was unexpected. I had a clear view of the castle.
I travel a whole lot. Booking hotels is my second job. And this one was one of my favorites for the location and price in Lisbon.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Lisbon
The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the city centre with a metro station literally at the doorstep. This made getting from airport incredibly easy. Most major attractions were within comfortable walking distance, which was a huge plus.
The breakfast was beautiful, offering a good variety of choices to start the day well. Our room was well-appointed, clean, comfortable. fecilities was the best one we experienced providing everything we needed.
Overall this hotel offers great value for money, primarily due to its unbelievable location and convenience and exellent service. I would happily recommend it to friends and consider staying here again on a future trip to Lisbon

A couple of staff at the reception.
Intermittent Wi-Fi, poor air conditioning (too cold; no heat), tiny bathroom, thin bed cushion, dirty towels, lack of supplies, etc. This hotel should not be recommended to tourists at all.

Overall, my stay was amazing! The location was so close to Rossio square, which meant that it was close to a lot of the main attractions. There are also great restaurants nearby and is honestly such a central location. The staff were all so friendly from the beginning! They let me store my luggage as I arrived before check in and allowed me to use their washroom to freshen up which I really appreciate. They messaged me before check in time saying that my room was ready and they have also brought my luggage to my room! For the room itself, I was very content! My room faced the palace which is something very memorable. The bed was quite comfortable and water pressure was great. I am so satisfied with my stay that if I ever come back, I would definitely stay here again :)

Bedbugs. I had to switch rooms and the next day there was no housekeeping
You have to go to second floor and than take another lift to reach your floor. Not convenient
Also the room has a window but has no access to fresh air

The location is great. Check-in and check out were quick. The single serve coffee machine in the room is great. The filtered water machine in the room is wonderful. The bed is large and comfortable. The walk in shower has plenty of hot water. You just need to let it warm up for a minute. The reception staff were great. They helped print out my cruise luggage tag for me.

Great location 3 minutes walk from Rosio square (Metro).Walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
On arrival we were upgraded (free) to junior suite.
Breakfast was great .Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. coffee machine and water filtering machine in the room. Close proximity to castle which can be seen from the windows (top floors).
Would highly recommend this hotel.
