Location is number one. This hotel is in prime location for everything and all the main neighborhoods located in Baixa is close to Carmo, Chiado, Alfama. I walked everywhere.
The room was really comfortable! Big with a water cooler, coffee, the shower was big and comfortable. AC was superb it cooled everything in an instant. I have stayed in hotels where didnt go below 21C not the case here.
I had very bad 4G in the area and the hotel had a really good wifi.
The staff were absolutely lovely! Great attitude.
I didn’t try the restaurant but I did try their breakfast for 12 euros I think the offer and variety is good.
No complaints. I would stay again.

- Could smell the lobby toilets throughout the lobby for the duration of our stay
- Housekeeping took one of our room keys from the power outlet one morning which was a bit concerning, this then led to further issues with the replacement keys not working properly.
- Housekeeping only replaced the large towels, then removed face towels and the floor mat, when requesting they be replaced we were told they could only give us three face towels as they had run out of floor mats.
- No apparent way to turn off the light around the mirror in the open wardrobe which lit the room all night.
- Lots of street noise, especially sirens as the hospital is nearby

The hotel is very modern and spacious, with great amenities and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfy and the restaurant serves some really amazing food

It was at a great location, walking distance to major attractions.
The staff are very rude and neglectful. Even the manager Sara doesn’t make eye contact or say good morning or acknowledge your existence. The AC in my room was not working. The only way to get it to work for them to control from the front desk. The first day they said they’ll fix it and it wasn’t fixed. Second day I went to ask again and they said it would be fixed and it still wasn’t. At that point I just gave up. It was such an uncomfortable stay. They simply don’t care, they just want your money. I had stayed in another hotel in Porto for 4 days and the service there and here was significantly different. This place is quite high price point for a 3 star hotel but the service is terrible. Not worth the price.

Although we have ordered and prepaid a shuttle service to the airport, as our flight was very early, the shuttle just did not come without any explanation. Luckily the boy at the reception organized a taxi for us, which was cheaper and fast. Of course we got our money back but this is not an experience I would recommend to anyone having a plane to catch.

My hotel room had very thing i needed, it was a contemporary design which I liked. The location was great convient for buses, trams and metro. It was easy to walk from the hotel to other parts of the city.

We stayed at the hotel two weeks before. It’s a great location. The rooms are modern and beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was generous. I would stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, and clean.
Lack of ventilation in bathrooms, carpet in the hallways a little worn out and, bathroom doors and skirting boards showing a bit of moisture damage.
