The hotel is amazing, we had a big room with excellent lightning and nice design. The hotel has central location in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will certainly come back to this hotel.

1. Perfect location – right in the heart of the city.
2. Exceptional service – the reception and staff were fantastic. A big thank you to Eric and Nicol for being so kind and professional! They arranged an airport transfer for me (€25), and to my surprise, it was an electric Jaguar! Wow!
3. Spotlessly clean – comfortable bed, great pillows and linens. Robes, slippers, and Rituals cosmetics were a lovely touch.
4. it was quiet and I slept very well, because of internal view.
5. Thoughtful details everywhere – stylish lighting, two bottles of water, coffee and tea, and even traditional Portuguese sweets as a welcome gift. 6. Standart nice continental breakfast ( if you pay in the evening it cost €10, in the morning -€15). 7. The supermarket is nearby. 8. Tram 28, the main stop- 5 min walk ( it’s bettter to come in the morning. I came at 11.00 am and was in the line for 2 hours).
Everything was perfect. Only one detail. Since the two buildings were joined together, it was complicated to get to my room because I had to use different lifts and corridors.

Hotel Staff the first. Absolutely amazing and helpful. The view , the location was just spot on The Breakfast was so great I could have it 3 times a day instead of anything else in Lisbon . One of the best trips I had in my life Thank you so much to make it special

We stayed at My Story Hotel Tejo in Lisbon and overall had a really good experience. The location was excellent – right in the heart of the city, so it was super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and while the cleanliness wasn’t absolutely perfect, it was definitely good enough for a pleasant stay.
The only small downside was the elevator – there’s just one for the whole hotel, so at times it took a while, especially during busy hours. But honestly, it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from our stay.

Have had a fabulous stay. Excellent facilities and staff have been welcoming and accommodating. Really appreciated the gesture for my partners birthday, too. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking to travel to Lisboa.
