Outstanding in every detail! It's really one of the best hotels I've ever been. Too bad I was supposed to stay only for a day.
Not a dislike, just a suggestion: a water fountain for the guests to fill their personal bottles for the road. I felt discouraged to fill my own bottle from another bottle available at the counter in the breakfast room.

Excelent location and the facilities are great.
For the level of hotel, there was not an iron in the room, I've been in cheaper hotels and the iron is always the room.
Also there is not face tissue on the room or washroom, so they expect to use the toilet.

Nice hotell with perfect location. Clean room, lovely staff and the breakfast was really good.
The hotel offered a free drink at their sister hotel across the street but even though we showed our vouchers they brought drinks (beer) we had to pay for.

Everything was great – the location, cleanliness, and facilities. The only issue was with the morning staff: there were no welcoming smiles or proper reception. They told me I wouldn’t be allowed to check in before 3 PM. While this is standard policy, good hotels are usually flexible – they may offer a drink or kindly ask you to wait a bit. None of that happened here. Their attitude was harsh and unbefitting of a hotel in such a location.

Location very good for access to Alfama, Baixa, Rossio. Nice room. Small, but clean lobby. Good breakfast, even great if you can sit in the right spot!
Small lobby. No bar. No view (my room). In fairness, didn’t expect or plan to have any of those things.
