Immediately the staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and best vibes. Only stayed for 2 nights but 2 of the staff members said hello at the lobby and enjoy yourself. Little things like that mean a lot and me and my 4 friends were so so impressed. ALSO the spa, sauna was SENSATIONAL. To have that in the central city was amazing. Also the bed and room was gorgeous

Our stay at the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel was enjoyable in every way. The location was perfect and all the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was comfortable, stylish and very clean. I enjoyed the restaurant and roof bar, with great views of the city, day and night. The Spa and amazing massage was a particular highlight. The connection with Fernando Pessoa was very interesting and I’m just sorry we weren’t able to go on the Friday morning Fernando Pessoa walking tour, (offered free by the hotel), due to our departure time.
The en suite bathroom sliding door was a little heavy to manage.

Outstanding stay with outstanding staff. At check in the staff must have noticed it was my 60th birthday the next day, next day at breakfast I received cake from the staff who sang me happy birthday. When I returned to my room that afternoon there was a card from the hotel staff in my room, along with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in an ice bucket, and more cake ! Hotel is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, top class customer care. Beautiful rooftop bar with views of Sao Jorge Castle lit up at night. Reasonably priced drinks and breakfast was fantastic with huge selection of hot and cold food. Located about 5 minute walk from waterfront and from the main avenue and tourist area in Lisbon. Highly recommended.
Small nit in the scheme of things, but an iron in the room would be great addition

The hotel was in an amazing location and had beautiful architectural details. They upgraded me to a room with a large balcony and an amazing view of the Castelo de S. Jorge. It was peaceful and lovely.
The staff was amazing. I stayed an extra night because I liked it so much and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The hotel also has a relaxing spa with a heated pool, sauna and steam room. It was a little oasis. I also used the gym. It wasn't bit but it was just what I need to get some cardio and weightlifting in.

Service was fantastic, location was really good also, easy walk to centre shopping and cafes and transport. The hotel was beautiful and I would stay there again. I recommend the hotel.
I was there in a cooler month so the indoor pool could have been heated so we could enjoy but it was cold. Enjoyed the sauna though!

The best possible location: Short distance to restaurants, shops, the river, amazing sights etc. Good nights' sleep: quiet and comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast!
I definitely do not recommend the hotel's restaurant for lunch or dinner: Over-priced, over-cooked and way too much salt! Almost inedible fish & potatoes because of the salt.
