I loved Lisboa Pessoa Hotel!! I stayed there by chance because my travel buddy happen to book a room, so for convenience I stayed at the same hotel. The rooms had modern clean vibes. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I had a beautiful balcony that had a great view. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. There was also a charming library. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a good location, walkable to everything. 10/10 recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at Lisboa Pessoa. All the staff - from the desk to the rooftop restaurant - were all friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
The location was great for the activities we had planned and the areas of the city we wanted to be near.
Our stay could not have been any better!
There was nothing not to like.

The hotel is on a incline - ride share often drop at the beginning of the incline and you have to pull your luggage up. This needs to be noted

Great location, very nice staff, lovely rooftop area.
Poor lighting in the bathroom, no full-length mirror in the room (in fact, the only mirror was in the bathroom), not enough clothes hangers, coffee maker worked poorly, breakfast was mediocre, repetitive, and way understaffed- everything ran out daily, from food items to plates and glasses.

Nice location. The balcony was nice with the views. Breakfast was lovely.
The room set up was very weird and awkward to have the bathroom mirror and sink in the center of the room. Also the sink was a terrible design it would fill with water and just sit there, no draining since it’s so flat.

The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and offered numerous options including omelettes to order. The deluxe room was expansive and comfortable.7

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access all the nearby attractions. We never needed to use a taxi or Uber, as it's easy to walk to most places. The rooms are a good size with plenty of space for luggage. As a bonus, the hotel features a rooftop terrace with a stunning view, perfect for savoring drinks while watching the sunset.

The location of the hotel was great, we thought Chiado was a much cooler neighbourhood than the Baixa which gets very touristy and crazy busy, but if you want to visit the Baixa it's just a short walk down the hill. The staff upgraded our room and the room we ended up with was a great size for a centrally located hotel. The mini bar had complimentary drinks and snacks and the breakfast here was excellent, one of the best we had on our trip in Portugal. The restaurant itself has these lovely private booths you sit at with incredible views of the city.
The room we were in was right underneath the restaurant area which meant there could be noise heard from above at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with a smile and quick to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-appointed, with little details that made it feel extra special. The amenities were excellent, and the rooftop restaurant had the best view of the city! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. A truly enjoyable experience — I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Around the corner from many restaurants and bars. Lovely patio bar with great views for a welcome cocktail. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Offered a place to refresh as we were early for check-in. Terrific room with lots of space and everything we needed. Convenient for pickup by uber/bolt/taxi.

It was in a great location... Easy to get to all the sites. At night it was very quiet and comfortable. All the hotel staff was so nice and welcoming. The guys behind the main desk were so helpful.
