The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access all the nearby attractions. We never needed to use a taxi or Uber, as it's easy to walk to most places. The rooms are a good size with plenty of space for luggage. As a bonus, the hotel features a rooftop terrace with a stunning view, perfect for savoring drinks while watching the sunset.

This is a truly exceptional hotel. It enjoys a prime central location, beautiful views of the city from the upper floors and underground parking. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and nice, in the nicest possible way. Reception was a breeze, waiting staff whether for drinks or breakfast could not be faulted as they attended your every whim.
We had a beautiful, clean room (408) with a balcony. I had asked the staff to book a table in a nearby restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. They went the extra step and left a complementary bottle of sparkling wine and a little cake in the room for our arrival. After a longish journey from Oporto by road the entire welcoming experience from the Lisboa Pessoa team was superb and just what we needed. That they then went on to continue to deliver outstanding sevice over the three days of our stay was very impressive.
Unusually for me, there was nothing that we didn't like. Car access to the car park from the street was a challenge but once inside it was straightforward with excellent access via lifts to the upper floors.

This is our second time at this hotel. We love everything about it but specially the staff. Yasoja gets a special mention. He remembered us from two years ago, with his warm friendly greeting.
It's go to in Lisbon definitely.

The location of the hotel was great, we thought Chiado was a much cooler neighbourhood than the Baixa which gets very touristy and crazy busy, but if you want to visit the Baixa it's just a short walk down the hill. The staff upgraded our room and the room we ended up with was a great size for a centrally located hotel. The mini bar had complimentary drinks and snacks and the breakfast here was excellent, one of the best we had on our trip in Portugal. The restaurant itself has these lovely private booths you sit at with incredible views of the city.
The room we were in was right underneath the restaurant area which meant there could be noise heard from above at night.

Great location, helpful, friendly staff. Very clean & bright. Rooftop bar provides stunning views and there’s a divine spa and indoor pool and a gym for use of guests. The Library provides a quiet area to read the classics or perhaps do some work. It’s a superb property.
The road outside our window was sometimes busy with traffic and slightly noisy at night, but usually calmed down after 10pm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with a smile and quick to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-appointed, with little details that made it feel extra special. The amenities were excellent, and the rooftop restaurant had the best view of the city! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. A truly enjoyable experience — I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Around the corner from many restaurants and bars. Lovely patio bar with great views for a welcome cocktail. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Offered a place to refresh as we were early for check-in. Terrific room with lots of space and everything we needed. Convenient for pickup by uber/bolt/taxi.

We stayed at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a large balcony – pure comfort. The minibar was refilled daily and complimentary, which was a wonderful touch. Upon arrival, we were also welcomed with a drink at the rooftop bar, which was simply amazing.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service. In particular, we want to highlight Yasoja, who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was as perfect as possible. He always greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness, and ensured that every day of our stay was enjoyable. On our departure day, when our flight was delayed into the evening, he personally arranged a late checkout for us and made sure we had everything we needed until it was time to leave for the airport. His care and attention turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one.
We will definitely return to Lisboa Pessoa Hotel on our next trip to Lisbon.
