Ricard at the front desk was so helpful in getting me a dinner reservation as soon as I arrived. In addition to his help and friendliness, the hotel was clean and conveniently located within the city. It’s a wonderful place!

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, lovely comfortable room, great spa, and wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant.
Strangely The floor covering in the room was hard on your feet. The bathroom basin was shallow and slow to drain and we’d have liked to be able to check in earlier than 4.00pm

Our room (Unique) was spectacular. It was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Simple, clean lines and decor was very inviting. Since we arrived early in the morning, the early check in room allowed us to freshen up, store our bags and start enjoying Lisbon while our room was being prepared for our stay. The hosting staff treated us royally and enhanced our time here. The building is walkable to the city centre and on a quiet side street. Roof top patio offers wonderful city views.

The location couldn’t have been better for us, right off the charming Largo do Como and nearby major shops and within walking distance of the big sights.
The rooms were clean and big enough for us two, beds were comfortable.
The AC didn’t really make the room much cooler to sleep in, which was probably the only “negative” about the stay. But it didn’t bother us enough to have to make a complaint or anything like thay.

The hotel was beautiful, with a fabulous roof top bar. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was huge!
Nothing! Guests with mobility issues may find the hill quite difficult, but it was a perfect location for us.

Very well located. Brilliant views across the city.
Found the bedroom a little small. Would have preferred bedside cabinets rather than tables for extra storage. Through my error I thought there was a rooftop swimming pool, so was disappointed that you had to go through a spa. Wasn’t able to go in and take a look as wasn’t wearing a gown.

When we first got there, the staff was so nice and generous it made me suspicious! But over our few day stay we came to find out that they were totally genuine, incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and generous. Especially Yasoja, who gave us tons of recommendations, made sure we had everything we needed, and always greeted us with a huge smile when we came in or went out, and was just.
Besides the service, it was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. The spa was super nice. I would recommend the breakfast. The location was really fun, with lots of great restaurants and stuff nearby — and also quite central in terms of being able to explore the rest of the city. Highly recommend.

The staff, location, breakfast were excellent and we had a wonderful stay.
Just two small remarks: It would help to know that the area is very hilly, for those who have some walking problems. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom can help.
