Loved the location! Room was cozy and had a nice design style. Customer service was fantastic. We enjoyed the spa and gym facilities as well as having parking.
The room was very small. Hallway carpet needs to be updated or cleaned.

The location is excellent, very close to everything good in the city, but on a quiet street. The view from our room and the restaurant was sensational. The room was comfortable. The kindness of everyone was a highlight. The complimentary stocked minibar was very nice.

We had an exceptional stay at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly at home. The rooms were immaculate, tastefully decorated, and wonderfully comfortable, equipped with every amenity we could have wished for to ensure a relaxing stay. The team went above and beyond to make our special occasion unforgettable, fulfilling every need with genuine care and attention.
The location was ideal—just a short walk from the city center, surrounded by vibrant local attractions, excellent dining options, and convenient transport links. We particularly appreciated the serene atmosphere of the hotel, the rejuvenating spa, and the impeccable service that made our stay so memorable.

We were generally very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The room, bathroom, and furnishings were all new and high quality. During check-in, the front desk staff made a nice gesture by upgrading our room without us even asking. The hotel's location was very central, and it was easy to reach everywhere from there. While not a major issue, one minor downside was the hotel's location in a narrow street of the old town — the building across was very close, so when we opened the windows, people from the opposite building could easily see inside our room.

The room was so nice including the very comfortable bed linens and pillows! We Loved the location and the incredible view from the rooftop! The breakfast buffet was so fresh and delicious, even the pastries were warm straight out of the oven! We enjoyed the spa amenities such as the sauna, steam room and pool for free. The parking structure greatly helped with not having to worry about parking too. The staff did an amazing job especially David at the front desk! He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect for our stay and we will be recommending Lisboa Pessoa! Thank you.
