Everything was fantastic, from check in to check out. The staff especially the doorman were lovely and genuinely interested in each guest. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything.
The only note I would make is in relation to parking. Take note of the information provided by the hotel before arriving. The road is tiny and the carpark entrance narrow but it is helpful to have parking available as once you arrive you won’t need the car to get around. .

The breakfast was delicious and top notch. It's worth more than what you paid. Omelet was made to perfection.
There is nothing that i didn't like. The minute we stepped out out ride, the welcome was great.

Our experience at the hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived my wife and I, we were impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Every detail was perfectly handled, making our experience truly relaxing and enjoyable for both my wife and I. The spa was a haven of peace, beautifully maintained and incredibly rejuvenating. Special mention to Pedro that welcomed us warmly. We also loved spending time on the rooftop, which offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!

location was excellent. Also not noisy. Most of the things to do in Lisbon itself were in walking distance.
Staff very helpful indeed.
Good to have roof-top restaurant with views to the castle.
Good breakfast. Had one meal in the restaurant and that was good.

A beautiful and quiet hotel, ideally located, with great service, comfy, modern and spacious rooms and a stunning rooftop with panoramic view of the city. Excellent breakfast. The staff at reception and breakfast were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived just as a major and exceptional power outage affecting Spain and Portugal was coming to an end and we were offered drinks and food at the rooftop restaurant! Free minibar in the room also!
The air conditioning and the lights in our room were left on after the room was cleaned every day, this was unnecessary and not good for the environment

Bed was comfortable, big towels, great breakfast with lots of options including omelet. Room has a mini fridge with soda and water. They refill the fridge everyday. Staff was very nice. Restaurant walking distance.
Hotel on top of the hill. If you can't walk up/down hills, then you need to Uber.
