Loved the rooftop breakfast and had a wonderful dinner there the first night of our stay, with great views & sunset. All hotel staff, especially David, were very friendly and helpful. The free minibar was nice. They even gave us a free room upgrade. Would definitely stay here again!
I can’t think of a single thing I wasn’t happy with. I am certain that, if we had had an issue, the very service-minded staff would have been more than happy to address it to our satisfaction.

Breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of food.. The service was excellent. Arin who works in the restaurant is very welcoming always pleasant with a smile, and offered great customer service. The other staff are nice as well.
The front desk staff were great. However we would definitely like to recognize Soldier for excellent customer care. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He was always pleasant with a kind word and contagious smile. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay in Lisboa.

The hotel was super clean, the staff was both friendly & helpful. Appreciated the welcome drinks. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing!! Would strongly recommend.

The hotel is next to the road, there is a very narrow sidewalk, there is no place to stand with luggage, there is a very steep climb to get to the hotel, reasonable breakfast, the price is too high compared to the standard of the hotel.

We really enjoy this hotel and have stayed here many times. It’s in a great location. They have a relaxing spa area with steam bath, sauna and indoor pool which we enjoy. The breakfast is very good and the roof top has a panoramic view.

This hotel is a wonderful surprise. Secretively tucked into a sidestreet, it has wonderful facilities. A tremendous spa with a small gym, a relaxing spa, a wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar, parking and very personalized attention to detail. The location was ideal for siteseeing on Old Lisbon. We spent one day in the hotel recuperating from our lengthy travels, never leaving, but enjoying all the facilities and restaurant. Making our stay special was the personal attention of the doorman/porter/concierge, Asolya (from Sri Lanka), who was attentive to all our needs. He provided suggestions and directions to a manicurist, a beauty salon and a barber shop—all of which worked out perfectly. His personal attention made our stay special. I am anxious to stay there again.
The bathroom sinks are not very deep, making it difficult to hand wash clothing. (We ended up using the waste bucket).

Designed for form over function. The room had an unusable seating area, no drawers, and two small closets.The terrace was nice but the outdoor furnishings were uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel! The location is fantastic, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. The reception staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything felt well cared for, and we truly enjoyed every part of our stay.
A wonderful stay from beginning to end — we’ll definitely look forward to coming back!

Beautifully appointed little hotel themed upon Portugal’s famous poet Fernando Pessoa; design was impeccable. Right in the heart of Bairro Alto and close to shops and sights and great eats. Service was good too. Loved the pool, steam and gym. The rooftop restaurant served an amazing Duck Magret rice with panoramic views of the seaboard.

I loved everything about the property. It was exactly as shown online. The food for the breakfast buffet was incredible. The dinner menu is great too. staff are very accommodating. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The facility is beautiful and modern.

Literally Everything!!
First, Yasoja welcomed us so warmly, we felt comfortable and home right away. We got a free upgrade for our room, the view was spectacular and the room was so comfy, we barely left it :)
We got free welcome drink in the rooftop bar restaurant, which was so nice and made us feel really welcomed. Location is perfect, close to everything in a small quite street.
After we checked out, we waited for several hours for our flight, they let us use the spa area. The pool, the saunas and the entire place was incredible.
This is my first time in Pessoa hotel, although I visited Lisbon several times, and we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything !!!! We enjoyed every moment!
