The staff were very friendly and everything was of good quality. I dined at the hotel once and it was very good. The cocktails were excellent. I enjoyed the small spa, which was very peaceful.
I wanted to give myself a treat and I felt it was very good value for a couple of nights of luxury.
The location is good, with easy access to the tram and things to do within walking distance too.

Hotel location was perfect, very central and easy to reach. Rooms were big and clean and cosy. Air condition was great and super important to us during the heatwave in Lisbon during our stay. All staff and services were exceptionally good. I would like to especially thank Mr. Yasoja Ekanayake that made us feel very welcome, and made huge efforts to accomodate every request we had. His service is greatly appreciated.

Amazing location allowed us to walk to meals, attractions, and more. The spa was incredible. Loved the rooftop views, wine, and bites. Courteous staff.

We got upgraded to a better room for free and we also received free drinks voucher. Great staff, location, clean rooms, excellent value.
Sauna/spa/pool didn’t open until 9:30am, so it wasn’t useful to me because I had to leave for the airport by 9.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great food and rooftop bar area. Quiet location but easy to reach lively bars and restaurants.
