Great hotel in excellent location. Stayed few times already. Always very attentive staff. Good breakfast , good size sauna ( however not possibility to throw water to the stove ) and relaxed spa area ( pool is quite small ). Complimentary minibar

Firstly, the staff both on the front desk & the wonderful "Sri Lankan' guy were fantastic & extremely helpful towards my elderly Mother who was visiting together with her Grandson & his girlfriend. Your staff were excellent. Secondly, the 'adjoining family room' was very good as well, since it allowed my mother to feel safe & assured her privacy whilst staying nearby her loving family members.
Not much actually! Everything from the check-in to kindly storing my mother's bags until way after her 12-noon check-out was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for your excellent staff.

Lisboa Pessoa has everything you need and more! A fantastic reception desk with the friendliest staff, a 5* spa with wonderful facilities, a simple gym, and gorgeous rooms! We were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade on arrival which provided a free minibar (restocked daily) - I’m 31 weeks pregnant and the room upgrade and mini bar was a godsend during Christmas when some outdoor places were closed.
The only disappointment we faced was the lack of vegan breakfast options. We had to leave early for our flight the last day and wanted a breakfast box but they couldn’t provide a vegan option with advanced notice which was disappointing. We found a great alternative in town (Honest Greens) and kept it in our minibar fridge for the morning!

Location was excellent
Staff were very inexperienced at Reception. I booked a suite which cost quite a bit more and even in there, there were no decent carpets and was a waterproofed type of plastic flooring. Mini bar items were terrible, bar area on the 5th floor felt more like a canteen in university, the hotel uses the cheapest most terrible toilet paper possible.

Its one of the most comfortable Hotels I‘ve ever had! It was a really nice stay in the middle od Lisbon. Also the Staff was really friendly and helpful. I can really recommend the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel!
