Gem of a Hotel! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, relaxing spa pool and Sauna.
Location great, although very hilly, it is close to all tourist areas, but has lots of little bars and restaurants very close by.

We stayed at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel for two days, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We were given a complimentary upgrade to their largest room, which was incredible. The hotel offers great indoor facilities - including a heated pool, sauna, and steam room - all free for guests.
We were also treated to complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar, which has a fantastic view of the city. The location is excellent as well, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and very central.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Overall, a wonderful stay - highly recommended!

We stayed in Lisboa Pessoa Hotel for 3 nights and we absolutely loved every minute of it. We arrived way ahead of check in time, but the staff was very accommodating with our luggage and they offered us a free welcome drink. We visited quiet a lot of restaurants in Lisbon during our stay, but the one in the hotel far exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip. The restaurant serves an exceptional food, and the staff there is on another level! In fact every single staff member in the hotel we encountered was top level. Yasoja at the reception was a highlight in particular, with his very infectious smile and positivity. Hotel is in great location, close to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Place was very clean, including the pool and sauna, and we also had massage which was very enjoyable.

Everything! This place is by far my go to place in Lisbon! I just love coming back, from the excellent service by all staff members to every lovely detail in the hotel, just perfect! The spa is one of my fav followed by the rooftop terrace and of course the rooms are just lovely

Great location and very very helpful staff. They went considerably out of their way to help people including us.
No Ice. If you wanted ice in your room it was a 10 Euro charge

Very beautiful, the spa is relaxing and the reception staff is very very nice
Its very noisy, my room was next to the spa and the staff was noisy early on. I had issues with the breakfast: i have celiac disease and filled in a form at check in, request it. Well the next day i get a call that wakes me up asking if i am coming for breakfast or if i want it in the room. Then when i go to breakfast they speak so loud and asked me again what do i want. Two times. I had already sent th3 request the day before.. and then the food arrives. I couldnt eat any of the gluten free items. Some was hard as a rock, they looked disgusting, they were defrosted in a rush directly at the oven instead of following the instructions on the package, and were served with the plastic. It was so sad and disgusting. The restaurant is very noisy. They staff were super nice with me but you should be allowed some quiet.
