Extremely warm welcome and lovely staff, brilliant location and beautifully clean hotel. Bar area and terrace was great with views across the city. Room was compact but well equipped.

Location was good, room nice and updated. Bottled water always available . Good breakfast buffet.
SPA nice. Large shower. Good rooftop.
Menu in restaurant always the same so if eat there more than once, boring and uninteresting

Perfect location, friendly staff. Lovely views and food at the fifth floor restaurant. Free Pessoa-themed city walk with the professor was great.

Fantastic location with lots of great restaurants, shops, attractions and monuments within easy walking distance. The service was amazing with a great welcome and a wonderful room for our celebration. Breakfast was delicious and the welcome drink on arrival was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go again.

Our rooms were lovely and clean with a really comfortable bed.Loved the complimentary mini bar with the room and the lovely mugs for our drinks with a Lisbon famous poet on them.The spa was great nice sauna relaxing spa beds nice steam room and the poor with its massage jets.We loved the roof top restaurant you could have a drink and admire the view.Breakfast was amazing continental cakes pastries fruit yogurt juices cheeses hams and salmon then hot options of scrambled egg bacon etc.Lots of choices of hot drinks and sparkling wine as well.The staff on reception were absolutely lovely helpful really looking after us an absolute credit to the hotel they made our stay really special so polite and friendly special thanks for the great help with our luggage the gentleman was attentive friendly and professional. it was a family stay and everybody made us feel really happy.The decor in the hotel is really stylish. Liked the literary feel with souvenirs available reflecting their famous poet.We didn’t eat any other meals except breakfast but the menu seemed quite extensive.The hotel is also central in Lisbon.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

It was in a great location, with everything being walkable but also on a side street so it was a little less rowdy. The hotel is very beautiful and clean and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.
The only small issue was that the shower water would leak onto the carpet when the shower door was opened once finished showering.

The location was great, close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free minibar was a nice bonus. Our room was quiet, good soundproofing.
