Very Good
The best possible location: Short distance to restaurants, shops, the river, amazing sights etc. Good nights' sleep: quiet and comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast!
I definitely do not recommend the hotel's restaurant for lunch or dinner: Over-priced, over-cooked and way too much salt! Almost inedible fish & potatoes because of the salt.

The location was perfect for us, close to the Rossio station, trams and a good walk down to the station heading to Cascais. The room was very spacious and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was extremely good, everything you could wish for. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The spa was great to use after a day out walking. All the staff we met were helpful and extremely polite.
It was a bit noisy with building work going on in a property opposite us but it didn't stop us enjoying our holiday.

Everything! Perfect location, staff went above and beyond, the spa is a great addition, the breakfast and food in the restaurant was very good, the views of the city from the rooftop bar were impressive and the room was lovely and clean. Overall this is an exceptional hotel and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Very clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff and not far from the centre. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. Generally, good breakfast and dinner. Lots of welcome discounts (e.g welcome drink, use of massage services etc) Free mini bar everyday. They also had organised a tour of the poet Pesoa but we didn't get to go.
The spa and the gym were very basic. I didn't try the massage services so I can't comment on that.

Excellent location, the room is great and the mini bar is a nice touch. The staff are super friendly and it is great there is a gym, and a spa. The breakfast is excellent with beautiful views of the castle. Would highly recommend.
The pool water very cloudy, and don’t like that the gym/pool, etc open quite late and close very early. I think it would be ideal if it opened a bit earlier and closed at least 9pm.

Very nice clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was in the centre but we could not hear the noises.
The restaurant is on the rooftop with a beautiful view.
And we made use of the wellness every day.
The location is somewhat a climb.

There was onsite parking, restaurant was rooftop with a great view. Location was excellent.
The room is very well appointed, but too small. We had two suitcases and a carryon and it was difficult to manage.

Amazing stay! the staff are very bright respectful and attentive .
Spotless clean spaces. the room is wide and the space is well used.The gym is well equiped and kept clean .
Great location if you want to be in the heart of the action.
Would 100% recommend it and i would go back if I ever visit the city again.
