Perfect accommodation. Couldn’t ask for better service and room. Staff were lovely and Yasoja went above and beyond to make our stay special. Complimentary refilled mini bar, drinks and dessert were also a wonderful treat! Breakfast buffet was enjoyable and had a great view to start the morning.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us great food recommendations. I was celebrating my birthday and received a lovely surprise bottle of prosecco and cakes! The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection, as was the restaurant food for dinner, and the views from the restaurant are ideal. It's in a great location really close to some lovely areas of Lisbon with lots of restaurant and bar options near by, without being too noisy etc. Would definitely recommend and visit the Lisboa Pessoa hotel again!

Loved the rooftop breakfast and had a wonderful dinner there the first night of our stay, with great views & sunset. All hotel staff, especially David, were very friendly and helpful. The free minibar was nice. They even gave us a free room upgrade. Would definitely stay here again!
I can’t think of a single thing I wasn’t happy with. I am certain that, if we had had an issue, the very service-minded staff would have been more than happy to address it to our satisfaction.

Breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of food.. The service was excellent. Arin who works in the restaurant is very welcoming always pleasant with a smile, and offered great customer service. The other staff are nice as well.
The front desk staff were great. However we would definitely like to recognize Soldier for excellent customer care. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He was always pleasant with a kind word and contagious smile. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay in Lisboa.

Gorgeous rooms, great facilities for a central Lisbon boutique hotel . The staff were so helpful with everything . We were not expecting to stay but our flight was cancelled and our luggage lost. The staff upgraded our room and let us have a later check out ! Roof top restaurant was fab

The hotel was super clean, the staff was both friendly & helpful. Appreciated the welcome drinks. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing!! Would strongly recommend.

The hotel is next to the road, there is a very narrow sidewalk, there is no place to stand with luggage, there is a very steep climb to get to the hotel, reasonable breakfast, the price is too high compared to the standard of the hotel.
