The location was great and also the cleaning and the size of the room ( we were in the Unique room). The breakfast and the view from the rooftop restaurant is so special and the food is wonderful . We will definitely come again
The shower. The hotel does so much to make sure every detail is in place but the shower was a simple shower head. No rain head or anything and the pressure varies. That’s a shame.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel in Lisbon, where we stayed for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The design of both the room and the hotel is modern, elegant, and thoughtfully curated, while the level of comfort was outstanding throughout our stay.
The facilities are top-notch — the spa and swimming pool were a real highlight and perfect for unwinding after a full day of exploring the city. Everything is impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail is noticeable in every aspect of the hotel.
The staff truly deserves special recognition: incredibly kind, professional, and always attentive to our needs. A particularly memorable moment was the surprise they prepared for my mother’s birthday — champagne and a delicious cake — a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely special and warmly welcomed.
This is the kind of hotel that offers more than just accommodation; it delivers a complete and memorable experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!

Had an amazing stay at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. The rooftop bar is lush with great views, the staff were genuinely awesome, and the spa and treatments were absolutely perfect after a day exploring the city. Having an on-site car park was a real lifesaver and made everything so easy — would 100% stay again.

Confortable rooms, with flawless maintenance and cleaness. Friendly staff. Good locaction in the historical center of Lisbon, but still on a less crowded and noisy neighborhood. Incredible breakfast, with high quality food and presentation.
The hotel lobby offers limited space for guests and the parking spaces are also cramped. But it is a historical building in the historical center, so no surprises here.

We were lucky enough to be given one of the larger rooms, possibly a junior suite, which was gorgeous. Perfectly clean. Only stayed for 2 nights so unfortunately didn't use the gym/spa. Would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again. Location was great.
The lighting in the room could have been a little better. One lamp on the desk was pulsing a little so couldn't use that. Also you had to press all the light switches before you got the one you wanted :)

Great hotel in excellent location. Stayed few times already. Always very attentive staff. Good breakfast , good size sauna ( however not possibility to throw water to the stove ) and relaxed spa area ( pool is quite small ). Complimentary minibar
