That we checked out whitin one hour of checking in.
We booked a stay at Lisboa Central Park Suites & Studios based on published photos, but were checked into an unrenovated room in poor, substandard condition that did not match what was advertised.
Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, we chose to check out early and stay elsewhere. When we requested a refund, management refused to take responsibility claiming we were at fault not to notify frontdesk so that we could have gotten a better room. So rude to admit they have given us an unrenovated room and expected is not to say anything?
Prospective guests should be aware that the actual condition of allocated rooms may differ significantly from the listing photos. I cannot recommend this property

Accessibility to public transportation, shopping, and food.
Thin walls and single paned windows. The outside noises were loud. The evenings could be a little noisy with the restaurants underneath the hotel.

Friendly staff! Everyone was helpful and welcoming. One of our rooms was available earlier so we were to check in as soon as we arrived. Rooms were very cleaned every day. Location is excellent, next to a metro station.
