Everything was wonderful. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the staff not only checked us in about an hour early but also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. We had an early flight before arriving and another very early flight the next morning, so getting quality sleep was very important to us. The upgraded room was extremely comfortable, with great air conditioning and blackout curtains that completely blocked the sunlight, allowing us to rest perfectly. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing – everything exceeded our expectations.

Great location for what we needed. Very clean and spacious. Very large windows that opened for fresh air.. lovely .Staff was excellent. Great shower and water pressure.

Great central location = 20 minutes to airport, 10 minutes straight downtown historical core, or you can walk it comfortably in 20 min. Room was great for 3 people with separate seating area and small kitchen. Would stay over again when in town. If you're going to need parking, make sure you tell them ahead of time. Lot was full when we got in and only option was nearby lot which was fine too.
Nothing! It was all good. No coffee in our room, but front desk made sure we had breakfast ready to take with us to the airport as we had an early departure scheduled. Great overall.

The room were clean and staff were friendly we enjoyed our stay the location is not central but convenient enough for us. That was good value for price the room was not renovated a bit old but still very clean and acceptable
The hairdryer in the bathroom was old and not strong enough but we asked reception and they provide us another one

Location excellent (especially for AIMA office). Cafe/restaurant next door and food was excellent. Room was lovely with 2 separate bedrooms. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating.
Only 1 air conditioner controller although air con in each room. Made it difficult for one person to control temperature at night in one room.
