Extremely Clean big room in a good location close to the metro station. We had the superior suite for our family and it was a great stay. Staff are friendly and cheerful.

The room was really spacious, air conditioned, and well located in the city center. Staff was really friendly and accomodating and helped us resolve our issues fairly quickly.
It was a little bit noisy. We had a few issues with the facilities. Our shower head exploded and the bidet starts off with really hot water that I got burned.

Jednym plusem był czysty pokój - pościel i ręczniki.
Hotel całkowicie różni się wnętrzem od prezentowanych zdjęć. Pokoje w rzeczywiści są ciemne, nieprzyjemne, stare i zużyte. Z łazienki unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach a w całym hotelu czuć jakby wybijała kanalizacja. Zepsuty prysznic i umywalka. W pokoju panował niezlokalizowany szum. Okna nieszczelne i było słuchac szjm z ulicy. Winda była bardzo mała - maksymalnie dwuosobowa. Śniadanie złej jakości i niesmaczne. Okropna kawa. Chociaż pani na śniadaniach bardzo miła.

The location was excellent( close to the city center), the room(it was a suite), the breakfast was really good, with a variety to choose from, the private parking, the staff was great and super welcoming!

Great location. Central. Easy to get around from there.
Our car got towed 1 hour after we arrived in Lisbon. Across the street from our hotel. We saw great big blue signs that said P. To us it indicated we were allowed to stop there. It was not clear to us that we were not allowed to park, would get a ticket, or much worse, get our car towed for being there. As it turns out, it was parking reserved for residents. Not residents of the hotel, but the fine print said just “residentes”. This was not the hotel’s fault but the city could have indicated in simple terms that hotel guests could be towed for parking there. It was not a nice feeling to be welcomed to Lisbon with €200 in additional and quite unwelcome expenses plus time and money lost trying to figure out what happened to your car and how to get it back. Not a great way to start a vacation. Not the Hotel’s fault at all, but not a nice welcome from the city’s public administration. Makes me think twice about renting a car and spending my money in their local economy. It’s just very risky and expensive to worry about the possibility of getting towed every single night.
