Pleasant
Given that it was web summit, prices were affordable. Good location, easy access to public transport.

The location was close to the metro to get into the heart of the city. Breakfast was good.
The suite we booked had the living room area near the door and was really dark. Ended staying in the bedroom more often where is was lighter.

It’s in Marques de Pombal, from where you can go to Rossio, Praca da Figueira, cais sodre, praca do comercio… saldanha is 15min walking. Nice location. Close to building You have 7 good restaurants to choose. All transport to go everywhere

We were in Portugal for 2 weeks, we chose this hotel to be near the airport on our last night. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and had one of the very best meals I've had the entire trip. I also tried 2 white wines one at dinner and one in the afternoon. Both were great. The waiter we had at the restaurant was outstanding.
The room was very scented with air freshener which is bad for me because of allergies. Otherwise great value for the money.

The benches outside hotel, a relief after a day of
Walking on cobblestones. The rooms are beautiful
And decorated smartly. Walk in shower great.
The amenities are spartan. Just having a multicast

Location, bathroom was dinghy, floor and door dirty, the shower stall has rust in the corners, towels need to be bleached.

The location is across from the park and near the Avenue of Liberdade. The staff is very helpful and they let us check in early. We had a suite and it is very spacious.

There was two big beds, two bathrooms, spacious rooms, within the city center
AC was quite old and worked only for a single setting. Wash basin was clogged. Luckily, the room had two bathroom, so we survived.

Facility good , We did not have a good stay at the hotel. Two days in a row we had dogs crying at 8am and at night there was a lot of noise from the same room where they had the dog. I want my money back for those two days that were not comfortable for my family.

Location was great. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The rate was also reasonable.
The room had a coffee machine but no coffee to actually use in it, and I had to ask for soap. I was given 2 small beds pushed together instead of a full bed.

The room was huge, plenty of space and conditions wise it was lovely, very very nice. Location is amazing, next to the main roundabout, next to various metro stations and all next to any supermarket.
