Other than a few issues stemming from the property being an older building, I didn’t encounter any negative situations. I had been a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but those worries turned out to be unnecessary. The cleanliness was very good. In particular, the staff who welcomed us at the reception were extremely polite and helpful. They responded to all of our requests promptly and did their best to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

It was a lil bit loud at the evenings, cause there is huge park there and people stay there to chat.

The room was spacious, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, we had a beautiful view of the park from our room, looking out over the tree tops which was stunning! Breakfast was delicious and the location was great. We made use of of the little gym in the morning which was a great start to the day.
My only small complaint is that the room had a bit of a funny smell - something the hotel should look into.

My room was ready when I arrived do I was allowed access even though it was before the 3pm check in time.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful (reception staff, breakfast staff, staff in restaurant and cleaning staff)
The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was clean.

There was no fan in the bathroom so the room fogged up after having my shower.
